The hotel is not quite clean. But the food is amazing. I like their staff's personality, they are friendly and patient. They provide hair dryer and refrigerator. There were ants in my bedroom, and they kindly asked me to move to another room. I recommend this hotel, but you have to consider about the ants in there.

Quite disappointed with this hotel for some reason. Maybe it's just me but just refer to my images. Mini fridge not working and staff insisted I left my items to them to place it in the kitchen fridge as they had no other replenishment mini fridge 🤦🏾‍♂️ Location was good as it was along the main road and mid point to malls and also golf club. But get them to give you the room NOT facing the road - it's a main artery road so be prepped for noise. There is an Alfamini behind the hotel so that's the only place to buy Snacks and such. There is Pagi Sore just 2mins walk so that's good. I don't know, unlikely to come here again if you ask me.

TLDR: Avoid this hotel and find another hotel for a better stay experience. Decent hotel. Room size is standard, the bed is not comfort, soundproofing is poor so you can hear noisy sound from your next room. Most problem is, the staff is rude, you may experience their staff knocking hard on your door and asked in high voices, far from polite. They should learn how to use the phone line to ask simple question/ confirmation from the guest instead of knocking the door like that. Location is far from any public transportation, taxi will be your best option.

We just finished our 4-day workshop activity at sapphire. we are very happy with the meeting venue, rooms, and food selection and quality. the workshop participants, who are coming from different parts in Indonesia (from Aceh to Makasar), were very pleased with the venue. the key persons in the hotels have been very helpful. thank you bu gilda, pak didin and pak akbar for your support in our event. we changed the venue layout every day; pak didin dan pak akbar were very helpful and were more than willing to accommodate our needs. bu gilda has been in contact with me to work on venue proposal and billings to make sure everything is smooth. bravo for the team

Staffs are friendly, the service was nice, amenities are pretty good, and the breakfast menu has a wide range of options with pretty good taste

The conference room is standart. Not too big / small. If it's too crowded, the parking lot is not enough.

Plus poin : Nice Hotel to spend a Holidays with Family, Clean, helpful Staffs, good breakfast, nice swimming pool..👍 Minus poin : bathroom sinkhole a little bit stuck, lots of hair, TV @ room 509 have a several bright dots made us uncomfotable to see the TV, hope they fix it soon..🙏

Perhaps the best value hotel I've ever been to. I paid 21EUR for the superior room, which looks like the pictures. It is structured like a classical upscale hotel, with a massage parlor and swimming pool inside. It has a pleasant atmosphere with decor that soothes the eye. The staff is friendly and allowed me to check in early.

Kami inap 1 mlm dsini. Dan sejak awal proses cari tau (ketersediaan connecting room) sangat2 terbantu dgn kerahaman salah satu FO (Front Officer) namanny Mba Esti. She is doing extra miles. Thank u. Sapphire Sky needs to knw this. Kamarny bersih, all the staff are helpfull, specially Mba Esti. The downside is: the noise at night. It seems there has been a wild motorcycle racing. Really loud annoying noise and it kept us awake the whole night. Such a shame for those racers. We were also got help from Mas Getza, who helped us to have late check out (due to the unable rest, all of us got headache and need to have a nap). Thank you. Will def come again and be more prepared (earbuds for example). And another plus point, they have 1 arcade game machine in the front area. Really bring old memory for the old folks and new experience for our children 😃👍

Sorry I have to said that the services were so bad. It happened in 2022. First, I lost my glasses and told the receptionist, I was wait until I bought a new one 🙃. Second, my husband's tripod was damaged by security who brought our luggages to my room, and he didn't told us that he damaged it, until my husband complain to the receptionist. Third, our food by gofood switched by another people. The receptionist (she) were so badly to handled it. Even until we left the hotel, she was very fine as if there was no problem at all. Until the head manager intervened in our case. And the head manager provided recovery service which didn't suit to us. He is so slowly to give another solution at that time. So, the services were so bad when there is any problems. But I have to say that the rooms and location are good. Especially the foods are delicious. Hope this problems didn't happen to another customers. Thanks.

Sapphire hotel located in the BSD city. It is an amazing place to relax with combination modern clasic decoration. Perfect location for romantic trip away in the town.❤❤ I must commend the staff for doing a fine job. They were friendly, always with a smile and ever ready to help.

I enjoyed staying here. My room is clean. The bedsheet and pillowcases looks new. The breakfast, lunch, dinner are great. They served various menu. Every day they have theme for their breakfast. The staff is helpful.

Easy check in, convenient location, near to aeon mall and business district. Bed is very comfortable. Room well equipped with refrigerator and hair dryer. Good place to stay.

Regret the hotel is not clean enough, especially bath room. They didbt clean up well. .

The rooms is spacious, the laundry service need improvement for the returned time. Outdoor coffeehouse near crowded street, crowded vehicles specially during finished office working hours.

Nice room splendid service, love the breakfast collection, the rendang and nasi goreng balacan is my fav, also the oxtail rendang and spring roll is delicious. Very helpful staff, weekends a bit crowded, ample of parking, when it's full they open the parking lot on the side of the building. Location is close to basicly everywhere but still quite a distance for walking

Went for a meeting in the multifunction hall. Full serviced and the hotel staff were friendly. I left my cardigan after the meeting and they kept it and helped me with the delivery. Recommended for meetings 👍 The food in the restaurant is also pretty decent so nice experience overall

I just admitted to the hotel, and the room is standard. The worst part is, Even a small chair to help me shower can’t be provided. The staffs are not too friendly.

We truly had enjoyable experience staying here, strategic location perfect place to stroll around bsd city area, helpful staff, and outstanding service. room was clean and tidy, they also have swimming pool & gym (which was nice to fill up our staycation activities). we'll definitely stay here again 👍🏼
