She said that my wife's fluid still normal while more than 2 obygn said that remain 60% and it can be dangerous for the baby. I assume she did that because i try to use BPJS for c section. So for you who want to use BPJS for c section here i warn you to be prepared for the worst

    Bad service operator. Especially the operator not clear and always give miss information about schedule doctor/absence and procedure bpjs!! Educate them more. This hospital dedicated for bpjs so train your operator for empathy and clear information.

    Hospital is fairly new but the administration side of things was very very disappointing. They made me wait for 7 hours to checkout from my room. For outpatient administration also pretty bad. Waited for hours just to register and pay. Understaffed hence underdelivered. Never going back againπŸ‘Ž

    All around great hospital. Everything is top notch. Ticketing and queue is efficient and everything is computerized. Very minimal in-person contact. Relatively short queue. The administration team, from cashier, inpatient, outpatient, lab, pharmacy are always ready to help, and they provide correct and relevant information. Their contact numbers are always available. The doctors and nurses are attentive, caring, and they managed to help my health condition. Being proactive in following up my treatment and understanding my condition helps the process too. I stayed for a week, it's super clean everywhere. Their corridor area is quiet, they limit visitors, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Plus, the food was pretty good, I was enjoying all the menu. I've experienced their service with and without BPJS. Both are equally excellent. They provide different sections and queue for BPJS and non BPJS to help administrative process. But there was no difference in terms of the care, treatment and service given.     One of the best hospital around. The place is very clean, sterile, and not very crowded. Almost everything in the hospital is semi-automated using a QR code ticket system and it's very convenient. The doctor I met is also nice and experienced. Costs are a little high but worth the services given. I came to this hospital without using BPJS, so your experience may vary.

    13 APRIL 2022 08.53 Drop my wife in the lobby then ask for maximum rate parking fee to parking service man. 13 APRIL 2022 09.00 5 minutes later, little son (6 yrs old) need to take a pee, go to the lobby and waiting with engine still on. 13 APRIL 2022 09.05 5 minutes later, the parking service man asking why still waiting in the lobby. I answer still waiting my little son. There is no others toilet or access to toilet in the basement since covid pandemic. He request me to park in the parking area, while i already tell the parking man what i'm doing. I answer his request, i had already in the parking area, but my son need to go to the toilet and then i have to leave lobby? Then back again after my son finish to the lobby? Very ridiculous suggestion. My son back to car at 09.15. Do you thing how long you need to assist 6 yrs old son take a pee. Its very short waiting and only 2 cars pass me. HELLO MANAGEMENT IS THIS YOUR SERVICE? LIMIT TOILET ONLY INSIDE THE BUILDING BUT IN THE BASEMENT NO TOILET AVAILABLE. TAKE THIS BELOW MY ADVICE OPEN ACCESS FROM BASEMENT LIFT TO THE LOBBY.     Service for BPJS patients is suck. Always have to wait at least 3-5 hours just for 5 minutes of monthly follow up check-up with the doctor. I don't know what kind of management heavily discriminating patients by keep pushing BPJS patients' queue behind the individual ones even when the former came super early and the later super late, when they should be considering different availability time for each kind of patient so no one has their time wasted. I haven't even started with the staff. Amazing is a hospital which doesn't have hospitality. Rude is a word. Isn't this a hospital? Who'd expect everyone to be able to come forward immediately when their queue number is called? There are patients who are heavily pregnant, on wheelchair, or basically can't move fast, these people would need time to even get up from their chair and only to be lectured by registration for not coming up fast enough, least they can do is help the person walk but they didn't even do that. Worse, when they call the wrong number, got mad to the patient with that exact number for showing up "uncalled", and when the intended patient actually show up, not even an apology said to either of the patients. After lots of discussions with family, we decided moving my appointments to different hospital, the wait and stress are just not worth it if the doctor even said I mustn't get tired or stressed.

    I love Mitra Keluarga Hospital from the first time i moved here from America i was pregnant with my first child looking for a hospital, i choose mitra. I felt comfortable, the doctors and staff is so helpful and friendly. Until now i still have the same feeling and have continued to come back and back again to mitra this time it was for a tonsil opreation for two of my children the process from beginning to end was easy for me to follow even as a foreigner and i really appreciate all the efforts of the staff and doctors who helped us thru this procedure.

    First time review for Mitra Keluarga GS on the 3rd day of Eid holiday. Their ticketing’s fine, but I waited for 3 hours for a dermatologist appointment. Checked with the nurse when my turn, they couldn’t provide me any info. I was expected to just wait without clarity, so I left instead. I was waiting from 3am until 6.10pm. If I had consultation, I still needed them to process my insurance then grabbed my meds. Everything can be more than an hour, I could’ve spent half of my entire day there. That’s really not alright. I’ve been to any derms, but this is the longest wait I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.

Kmd oper shift perawat yg seharusnya mndpt info kebutuhan pasien, ketika ditny status kepulangan di perawat shift pagi, kmd ke perawat shift 2 mereka ga tau. Bilangnya : itu td bilangnya ke perawat pagi yah? Sistem terlalu canggih melalui komputerisasi termasuk oper shift malah membuat perawat tdk mndpt info kebutuhan pasien dari perawat sblmnya. Nth Krn oper shift hny melalui depan pintu kamar tnp lihat pasiennya yg mana atau Krn oper shift hny menggunakan komputer yg bs didorong2 lalu perawat shift selanjutnya cukup baca statusnya di komputer itu? Pertama kali rawat jalan kesini bawa anak, dikasih obat puyer sama dokter anak. Bagian farmasi tidak membagi obat puyer sama banyak dan embalase puyer tidak tertutup rapat. Alhasil, sampe rumah ambyar obatnya. Bocor. RS megah, sistem komputerisasi sudah bagus, sayang aja klo pelayanannya seperti itu. Mungkin bisa diperbaiki dan dipercepat. Klo memang butuh tambahan org yah jgn dipangkas. Beda banget sama RS sebelah yg katanya kurang bagus, tp klo utk rawat inap kita cuma perlu nunggu paling lama 1 jam koq dan kebutuhan yg di tnykan ke perawat shift 1 disampaikan ke perawat shift 2 dg baik shg pasien dan keluarga jd ga senewen.

    Operatornya gak terdidik ya... telp ke no RS gak diangkat2 ...Habis itu diangkat gagang aja buat ditutup kembali. Begitu berulang2...SDM sekarang banyak kok jgn seperti orang susah klo operator telp aja..pilih yg bagus. .front liner kalian aja sudah sejelek ini pelayanannya, gimana mau eksekusi tahap lainnya..

Semoga semua dokter dan perawat atau karyawan lainnya yg jaga di berbagai poli juga bisa melayani dengan baik. Ramah tidak jutek. Note yg jutek yg jaga pake seragam pink di lantai 2 saya nanya jawabnya kurang baik dn tidak ramah. Pasien udh di dpn mata gk ada sambutan atau " selamat pagi ad yg bisa di bantu " krn tidak semua pasien yg datang sudah berpengalaman/pernh datang. Syaa pasien baru dn msh banyak nanya sana sini alurnya seperti apa. Selebihnya mika ok the besssssttty
