We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and the experience was really pathetic. The service was very bad. Tea was given in a broken cup from room service. Always kept the air condition line off from the reception. Our check in was at 12:00 but our room was given at 12:30. Even demand 50% advance from reception before giving room. The room was very small, There was no window in the room and even no ventilator. When we requested for room change they assured us that they will change the room after 2days. But after two days he did not change our room. We have also faced many problems. The car service of the hotel is also very bad. In short, a very bad hotel and hotel service. The room was crawling with cockroaches, the sheets looked like they were not changed, weird smell, and even the taps in the bathroom were broken. I suppose they did not care for there guests or their reputation. Staff was ok but my overall experience was bad.
