Rooms are very impressive. Huge space and good atmosphere. But staff is so rude except Manager Jha ji and room service person Nishad. Hotel honor is very diligent and so cool. Because of him only this hotel is running. Rest all service boys are pathetic in service and misbehaving with guest. This is my experience. Hotel management is request to change the staff or treat them accordingly as soon as possible because they will diminish the image of Hotel.

Rooms are good. But these guys overcharge a lot. The service isn't good. You basically have to get waters and everything by yourself. The staff behave nice at start but then they show their true colours. Their rooms deserve half the price listed in their price list. Better book through Oyo. Will have you ₹1000-1500 atleast.

Don't book this hotel. Cockroaches everywhere. Bedsheet also has stains, staff said they are washed but not clean. Blanket is worst we are not able to use it at all. It is smelly and God knows when it was washed. Toilet is too worst. Window is not tinted other room people can see through. No curtain at all. Air conditioning is not working at all.

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited. The staff are so rude, the rooms are smelly, walls are dirty, bathroom is dirty, zero assistance by staff. It is better to accommodate on station rather then choosing to stay in this hotel.

Staff is very rude. We booked a room for whole day and had checkout at 11 next day, but the staff kept asking every 1 hour, when will you leave. Rudest service ever and I suggest everyone to not book this hotel.
