Book from this agency only if you want nightmare of your life. Worst Agency.look at the pics of the traveller they sent on a family trip. And they will give you last minute surprises. And then they will fight with you because you can't do anything if you are already on a trip. Don't take risk.

Worst Travel agency I have ever come across in my life. We were promised that we will get a good condition vehicle and the seat will be very comfortable. We paid a huge amount under the impression that it will be good. Very poor condition of the vehicle. AC does not work properly, the seat were small, very uncomfortable. The back end staff does not even know how to communicate with customer, full of attitude. Overall, marvellous in pathetic service.

Last 12th September 2023 I booked a car from their company for Delhi, Mathura, Agra, Jaipur tour and as per their word I also made an advance of Rs 1000 on the same day. Even after advancing the money I sent them my Mail Id and asked them to send the confirmation letter to my Mail Id, even after telling them many times they did not send any confirmation letter to my Mail Id, they only sent a carbon copyright booking slip to my whatsapp, which has no existence online. On the same day I told them to cancel my booking and refund my Rs 1000. Today is 30th September 2023 but still they have not returned my money; From 13th september every day from the company's broker & manager saying the same language "ho jae ga - ho jae ga". They income money by cheating people in this way. My only request to all people is to never book a car from this company. This is a "Cheating company with beggar brokers"

Worst experience. Don't hire this traveler. We hired a tempo traveler and the whole journey was hell for us. The driver was very unprofessional and behaved weirdly towards us. He tried to loot us in every parking place without a proper receipt. We asked him to stop at some places, but he didn't. He behaved like a drunken person. Please avoid this travel agency.

S. S. RANA the great tour operator they're very much friendly. There Tampo Traveller is well condition, driver Bhojraj also very professional and helpful. They provided very good properties entire tour. It's needless to say that entire tour coordinator Mr. Asif Khan is very polite and decent. Thank you S S RANA for our entire trip ( Delhi, Haridwar, Agra, Mathura, and Vrindavan)successful and memorable.

Scamster they. First promise some amount and then on the last fewday they call you and pressurise you that they are cancelling your booking or else give them more money. And while doing this they will add more conditions they are scamsters dont go with them

Avoid Rana Travels. He will show you good vehicle and send bad vehicle and bad drivers and will never accept that he gives bad service.

Make sure you see and validate the vehicle before you book. They present you with pictures of vehicle when it was purchased brand new but we got a beat up vehicle that is worst than the bullock cart. Our precious time and hard earned money went into drain and we ended up with severe body pain after we finished our 4 day trip in Tempo Traveller. They promised a 12 seater vehicle but only 4 seats were barely usable. Be advised before you book with this tour company. Sanjay Rana is bol bachhan and will change colors faster than Chameleons.
