Worse customer service. Worst behaviour. Never listen to those drivers and go to this hotel. I'll tell you why. We asked for water bottles to our room and it never came. Need to ask again and again but then the staff will act all arrogant. Checkout time was 12pm but then the staff came at 11am and were asking every 10mins to leave. The worst part was my father is a diabetic patient and after checking out he asked for using the toilet and all he got was a rude reply by a lady half his age. No manners, no respect. They didn't let him use the toilet and when I confronted told that the toilet is occupied and he'll need to wait an hour to use it. That's ridiculous. I guess I should've booked online instead of listening to those drivers. It's a genuine review.

I stayed 3days with my family's in this hotel.first resorption dosn't give respect.there r know and watching he is South indian so rent too much asked me. RO WATER not available ,we drink normal water really i don't know this matter but lasd day my total family becomes in a sick.and i go to medical Shop bought some tablets to my family. totaly 3days i am very feel & sad in this hotel approaching

Extremely rude staff. They charged us one day extra rent for getting 1-2 hrs late in checkout even though the system in this area is to charge 50% if someone checks out late. We ordered breakfast of Rs 200/- but they calculated 400 scamming us to pay double in that too. They lady on the receptionist was the worst. Totally unfit to be in hospitality industry. She used literally foul language for us. And began yelling at us as if she is our boss not a service provider. Horrible experience.

The worst stay i ever had . They are giving the worst room and calling it deluxe . The staff experience was also very bad they did not bring anything ordered on time. The female receptionst behaviour was so bad she was talking like she is not willing to give us the room.

Except the paid reviews, other reviews are completely true, it's a nightmare, all are cheats, never ever take help of a Auto wala to drop at a hotel for you. I sat whole night on the bed thinking I could hv passed the night on Railway Platform for free, the rooms are so dirty and uninhabitable, there is absolutely zero ventilation, atypical to this location, the staffs are all cheap cheats, they will show you rooms on 1st floor, typically they will show you room G1 and G2, G1 is facing the roads and have windows but the windows are so loosened that all noise and vibration of the heavy traffic will come inside for the whole night, in G2 you will suffocate untill you die.

Very bad experience. Changed 3 rooms in 2 days. All rooms are either having roaches, rats, lizards. The staff doesn't bother even after it is reported. The most unhygienic place ever. Would never suggest anyone to go there.

Worth Room in Delhi as compared to price, No room service boy available, even the staff of the hotel is very rude towards the guest, But if you reach to the owner of the hotel then only u will get the good service otherwise no one will listen to you anything.

Worst experience i ever had in my life, never visit this hotel, calling it delux jst for the name sake. The room condition is horrible. When I asked to change the room, the staffs were very rude, there wasn't anything hygienic. The receptionist behaviour is also very rude. Even they're charging high, they are fraud, cheating to customer by saying delux room , very disgusting i would never recommend anyone visits this place.

While I don’t recommend anyone to book a room in Paharganj because of the pathetic state of most hotels. This one tops the chart. Staff is so rude as if they are not running hotel but are landlords and we are some migrant workers. No sense of talking. No hospitality, just pure arrogance. If you want some peace in your life DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

One word "pathetic" They charge too much for a single night as well, the rooms here are filthy & stinky. Pls avoid this hotel at any cost & search for better options in paharganj as there are n number of hotels in this area.

Its just opposite of Paharganj police station. The road facing rooms have too much noise. The other rooms are peaceful and clean. We stayed in a corner room and cleanliness maintained everyday. The staff were also cooperative.

The hotel is at very vantage location. The hotel management is kind enough to pick passengers up from New Delhi Rly. Station. Thus the passengers are saved from savage auto rickshaws/ commission agents. The cleanliness is not at desired level. I stayed there on two occasions.

Arrogant staff. First room was full of cockroaches. Don't consider this room even if you dont have any other option.

Some what buzy area if u coming for business and single stay it's best not recommended for family and couple

Worst experience in my life at this hotel. If you are coming first time in Delhi never listen to the cab drivers opinion about hotels. Staying in this hotel was a nightmare to my family, full of cockroaches and unhygienic bathroom. I won't suggest this hotels to my enemies too.

Average hotel. Stuffs are helpfull. Stayed for 1 night with family. Staying experience was average. Hotel looks clean from out side but inside rooms are not very clean. Felt over priced a bit. Not value for money.

Too costly for Non A/c Rooms, Room is ok it can be much better for the rate. Rude behaviour of the recipient. Even Washrooms can be much cleaner

Hotel located at Pahargang location in Delhi. Easily accessible and its near to KFC and Dominos Pizza. Rooms were good but staff need to change their behavior for better customer experience. Over all stay was good.

This hotel staff was thrown my stuff already. Such a fraud, and liar! I recommend everybody, not to book at this hotel. Whatever happened to me, will not let everybody happen in the future.

Moderate Rate of rooms. Near to railway station. Well maintained. All types of bedding available. 4 bedding available at 2k . Ac and non ac rooms.
