Worst hotel i ever visited my entire life....They hire gundas as manager in this hotel. Pathetic behaviour from staff, below standard unclean rooms. They will charge extra during checkout too. For 1 hour visit they charged 200 rs. Extra. Beware folks, don't take room in this hotel. One auto wala scammed me to take the room. They have tie up with these folks. A lesson learned for me. One of the wort hotels I have ever been. Had to stay as it was too late in the night by the time I arrived here. The autowala have tie up with them and they bring you here. The bathrooms were very dirty. They charged 1600 per room. I would say it is not worth 300 also. Will never ever visit again

Worst hotel experience ever in my life. Auto and taxi people will take you to this hotel. Receptionist is concerned only about money. Room looks nice but actually it isn't. Bed was full of bugs and there were also cockroaches in the room. The night we spent there was like a hell. The bed bugs were sucking our blood all night and we noticed rashes all over our bodies. And they deliberately switched off AC at midnight. Another cheating comes with tourist packages.They offer delhi, agra tour packages which are 600 & 1350 rupees respectively. But Delhi government & many other companies are offering same service for 300 and 650 rupees respectively. If you don't take any tour package, they'll charge 4 times the normal for room only. Their tour packages are worst. Their focus is only money by taking tourists to shop unnecessary expensive items. Inspite of not responding to my complaint on bedbugs, they didn't bother about it and asking me to pay the remaining balance amount. Worst service. Don't go to this hotel.

Horrible experience in this hotel. Whatever pictures they show on the website is just false the doors and windows do not close properly so there is a great fear of threat and the washrooms are also very dirty. On top of this when we ordered food the plates were so dirty that you could not even eat from them. The service was also not great and the prices are not suitable for the kind of rooms they have. I would suggest everyone to not book this hotel and even if someone suggests it to you do not fall for it.

Worst hotel in my life time I visited this hotel 6 years before on 2018 . Early morning I arrived delhi . Automan took us and leave at this worstest hotel automan has tie up with them . He charged 5000 rs for one day 😡 bathroom is very dirty and broken . So pls pls don't visit this hotel. Worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. Autowala insist you from Kashmiri gate to take this hotel. The place was too horrible and staff was too rude they didn't even respect you. They'll charge you extra upto 500-1000 and if you denied to pay that extra amount they'll tell you to leave.ans literally itna ni socha ki i am alone or they told me to leave hotel because they're charging extra amount bina koi reason k or mna ki to they told me to leave than I took hotel near this place hotel Mannat literally that hotel Mannat was too good they help me out in every manner the place was too good room was too and uncle was so sweet i told them about Richmond hotel what they did with me. Don't go please worst experience i was thinking that time to complaint against them but i was alone and place was not safe for me.

I don't know what to say about this hotel. Doesn't have any standard only. Staffs are very rude, don't even know how to behave with customers. We paid 2000 for one night stay and regretted later. They don't have geyser also in the bathroom. Just a horrible experience we had!!!! I travel a lot but never had this type of experience in my life. Noone should stay at this hotel. NOONE!!!!

Very bad hotel ever seen in my life. Very poor service had to stay here because I have traveled almost 300 km. So, I was tired and wanted to get a rest. Rikshawala brought me here and charged me 1500 per night I think it's not worth more than 400rupees

Room was okay and very costly but there was water problem in bathroom and shower was not working but i still manage to take a shower walls was dirty and no dustbin provide at the time of checkout they were asking for extra 100 as tax even I check out 2 hour before time and please don't go to hotel recommend by auto rickshaw drivers they would charge extra money

One of the baddest hotel ever I found in my life we checked in at 3am and they forsed us to leave at 12 pm but we checked out at 4 pm they charged 3000 rs even the room provided is so untidy rats wer roming arround this room and thear was no hot wate facility too and you will find this hotel is recommended by government of Delhi this shows the work of government of Delhi and the images shown in this are fack too So unhappy with is hotel and with Delhi decided not to visit Delhi once more in my life

Hotel situated in pahadganj Delhi we checked in 7am room was very small bathroom very dirty didn't changed bed sheets very. Bad experience and after asking for these services four to five management guys rushed on us and threatened I was with family and my grandson I could not do anything we just stayed for 4 hours and checked out. These management guys are gudas so I please request to don't stay in such hotel very bad experience we ruined our holiday Especially max no. Of hotels around pahadganj will loot you that's sure

The worst hotel I ever stayed inn. They charged so high but the rooms were damn dirty and specially the washroom, it was worst. There were insects on the bed, which caused illness to me.They asked for extra amount to be paid during checkout which was unnecessary. I was bought here by a auto driver, because they are also involved in this scam of looting the people.The television and AC was also not working.. A very third class guest room. The rooms are so dirty and stink. The rates of very high no bargaining. No toleration. And one more please don't eat anything from this hotel please order it from outside if not they will be charging lots amount. Please be aware .

Too many Insects were there in the room and 10% service charge from staff I haven't listen this type of rules till then. While check in they confirmed the amount per day but during check out they asked for extra amount for gst Or etc. Hated it... Worst service

The rooms are not for even 500 Rs worth. No dustbin, no clean bedsheets, toilet and no jet, no lock for bathroom gate. Even after asking for dustbin, they were taking it casually. Their lower floor rooms were good but they costs more.
