Guys don't go there for hair treatment.. Thy taken 18000 rs from me saying thy will apply organic color and at the end thy just used those loreal simple cheap products my hairs are totally destroyed hair keratin remain only for 2 days even after purchasing good products there is guy ..thr dresser I have pathetic experience from him.

Since there is no response from your side, I want to contact your director . KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE CONTACT NO / E MAIL ID OF YOUR DIRECTOR/ CEO so that i can approach her directly as you people have no time to take care of your customers. Despite of calling them and trying to approach them, no response from their side .....sad to see a money making game from such a well known skin clinic ! I had a very bad and unprofessional experience here. Never take any packages from here . While enrolling you for a package , they will offer you fancy deals and services. Once that is done, nobody will care to do the services well. They don't give anything in writing for the packages. Only they have your records.If you question them, nobody is there to listen to you . Moreover, their managers keep changing. The new manager doesn't know anything about your services. They don't update your records and you can't do anything as you have nothing in writing, and you have already paid the complete amount. The manager at present , Payal is very rude and uncooperative. It's all about money making. If you ask for your money refund , they will not listen. So its a trap. You can get better services outside and that too at lower cost. I would not recommend Pachouli Pusa Road to anybody.

I paid Rs 30000 for slimming package and due to some reason I was not able to take the services. Just used around 10 sessions which were of no use.Then I asked for refund they refused to pay back. Also, I bought a card for the services and due to covid I didn't use the card and for that also they are not giving the services now and asking money for the renewal. Worst ever salon, they don't know how to treat their client. They only greet customers who are ready to pay everytime they visit the salon.

Overall a good experience. I took their slimming sessions - G5+massage and body tucks. It started off rocky but now I'm very satisfied with their service. They were suppostive and helpful and I was able to lose a whopping 17kg and very good inch loss with them. But, I especially want to mention Mrs. Mangli ji. She is a wonderful woman. She does the massages and does her job diligently and wonderfully. She is super respectful and sincere about her job, and even if you get derailed with your weight loss jounrye, she doesn't judge or dismiss you, instead she motivates you and works harder from her side to get you back on track. It's unusual to get someone with such good work ethics in these times. If you do decide to join Pachouli, please ensure you get her time slots for your massages and you will not regret.
