To All the nail techs out there we are paying for a service, if the customer says something about something you did or didn't do while doing there nails...then you Sir or Ma'am are not to reply with I know what I'm doing, because if you were doing what you know to do then I the customer wouldn't have to say one word. Polish the nail sidewall to sidewall period! I'm tired of leaving a nail salon with partially painted nails! DO IT RIGHT AND THERE WON'T BE ANY COMPLAINTS...OR GET OUTTA THE BUSINESS OF DOING NAILS!

I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re someone who likes to have fun nails. All I asked was for a full set. I wanted them to be all stilettos and one finger on both hands to be coffin tip. The guy was weirded out by it cuz it was very specific so he said. which would of been red flag #1 Then he’s cutting the shape of the stilettos And then RIPS THE ENDS OFF ripping the natural nail with it. So now my natural nail on my thumb is agitated and is snagging on EVERYTHING! Also there’s spots where he could of painted my nails better. I don’t understand taking peoples money and not doing a good job. If you don’t feel comfortable providing someone with a certain kind of service, don’t take their money.

Worst service i’ve ever had. I’m here visiting family and i was looking for a place to get my acrylics off. It was two techs servicing 4 people at a time, with 2 in the waiting area, so i understand that they’d be in a rush. but when he went to take off my acrylics, he took a nail tip extension and shoved it under my acrylic to rip them off each nail. i was visibly in pain and he just kept going. then he barely filed them and trimmed each nail and then sent me on my way with my newly ripped apart nails and $10 poorer. i could’ve done this better at home.

The energy here is very negative, unhappy, irritated. All three of the employees look miserable and the woman is super bossy and rude. They over charge if they think they can get away with it - so make sure you ask the price before the service. The vibe is just way off, save your money and go to Vegas. I’ve been in there 6 times now and each time it’s the same low vibrational unhappy energy. I’ve learned my lesson. No more.

I had an appointment at 12 and the technician was running behind. I decided to wait after all it happens. Wasn't expecting him to start on a new client after waiting an hour. Not one word was said after the first "I'm running a bit behind " after waiting an hour I left and canceled my original appointment, I couldn't wait any longer because I had another appointment that I couldn't cancel. Such disrespect fot my time and would not recommend them to anyone. Why double book? I don't get it.......😬

I have been to this place of business many times, the previous visits have been ok, usually I make an appointment and have a long wait when I get there, however I visited on 2/22/23, as a walk in for a pedicure & acrylic full, I was greeted right away, and taken back right away to start my pedicure, the gentleman did a really good job on my pedicure, they handed me a price menu for their pedicure options I chose one for $40 and asked for black tip polish, he asked me if gel was ok? I asked what the difference was & he replied with it looks better I said ok, and then he told me because I wanted only black tip that my total would be $75 for a pedicure. I was in complete shock that it was such a difference in price for polish? I didn’t get any kind of a design at all. The same gentleman did my fill for my nails I asked for black also he used the gel nail polish and I asked for one nail (ring finger) to be a glitter nail. And I also asked for a Matte finish on one nail (middle finger) he applied matte to both ring & middle fingers and then tried applying fairy dust glitter to an already dried color and tried tapping it onto my nail. I tried to explain/ask how the glitter was going to stick /stay on?? He said it will stay, I demonstrated that glitter was not gonna stay as my nails were completely dry when he was trying to apply the glitter. I was able to easily wipe the glitter right off with my finger, his solution was to just give me $5 off my total ($140 BTW) because the glitter would not stay. It has not even been 24hrs and the polish is bubbling and lifting on multiple nails, and peeling off. I have never spent so much on such a simple pedicure & acrylic fill ever. I will be going back to see if they will do a polish change and hopefully fix it. But next time I will make the extra trip into Vegas, I can see charging a little extra for gel polish but $30 extra for a pedicure is crazy to me, especially when it bubbles and peels off. Now I have to spend even more money & take more time out of my schedule to have it corrected. I would advise to try them out but really make sure that they can do exactly what you are asking for. That has been my biggest issue with this place. I personally just don’t think the services are worth the price point.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. My family has been going to this salon FOREVER and used to be great friends with Alex the owner and today was a completely different story. The audacity that Alex had today blew me away. My grandma in particular was a very loyal customer to the salon, and she had recently passed. I had given my aunt Money to get her nails done today she went there thinking she was able to trust these people in the salon like she used to. To start her experience, Bruce, the man doing her pedicure Was incredibly aggressive just throwing her feet around as if she’s a prop and not a person on top of that did the wrong color on her toes Moving back to Alex he did her nails and was asking her if she wanted to switch up the shape and she asked if it cost more money he said yes and she said well then no I can’t afford that right now And as if he has to speak on my dead grandmother he says “well, your mom passed and she left you a lot of money so you have a lot of money, right why are you worried about Money“ My grandma’s husband who is still alive has all the money it’s in a trust so the rest of the family doesn’t see any of that money until he passes And then that man continues to paint her nails, the color as well, even though she tried to correct him before they even got started. Anybody who has been in a professional setting would realize how unprofessional those men were being today It safe to say my family and I will never be stepping foot into that salon ever again. They literally had my aunt almost in tears By the end of that experience. I will never recommend the salon to anybody ride along with unprofessionalism. They also seem to be very unskilled, in what they do.

Walked in and waited about 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and not one "Hi, we'll be right with you, nothing." We stayed because we thought they were busy with the people they were working on but come on.. at least let us know you seen us and heard us walk in. After reading the reviews now it seems this is normal. Horrible customer service. Will never step foot back in.

Really enjoyed my time getting a mani and pedi. My nails are beautiful and the spa pedi was so relaxing. Great conversation with very friendly and knowledgeable nail technicians. Thank you!!

My daughter went here, and she came home with most amazing raves! But she just moved here left everything. And what she raved also about was the freedom to share Christ! She has been looking for a church. We will be attending Trinity. She left feeling so pampered and her soul refreshed! Don’t ever change!

I don't know the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure but I got a French tip with gel and he did a great job 😊
