This
is
the
most
awful
hotel
I’ve
ever
stayed
in.
On
arrival
in
the
room
there
was
a
blood
stain
on
the
duvet.
Had
to
go
to
reception
on
4
to
ask
for
it
to
be
changed.
Eventually
after
2.5
hours
from
arrival
it
was
changed.
The
staff
really
didn’t
care.
There
were
extremely
drunk
people
the
the
bar
area.
The
hotel
claim
they
were
guests
but
personally
I
thought
they
were
homeless
people
and
Travelodge
are
taking
in
homeless
people.
The
smell
of
drunken
people
in
reception
and
bar
was
awful.
We
were
booked
in
for
2
nights
but
we
left
after
the
first
night
because
we
didn’t
feel
comfortable
or
safe
there.
I
complained
to
customer
services
and
asked
for
a
refund
for
the
second
night
which
cost
£74.
All
I
was
offered
was
a
free
breakfast
on
my
next
stay
but
after
this
experience
I
will
never
stay
with
them
again
so
pointless.
I
complained
again
and
was
offered
only
£25
compensation
which
I
still
think
is
poor.
This
company
doesn’t
care
about
their
customers,
it’s
all
about
money
and
nothing
else.
