I own shop next door, dont usually go as its over priced. £11 for subway drink cookie. Anyway was serviced cold steak and told machinr broken. She also didnt change her gloves and she been touching salad which i hate all salad, then went use knife covered in last person sauce. Not a good subway.

Terrible delivery service, will not be ordering from this subway again. Used just eat, status said our food was delivered, however this was not the case, so someone else got our food, we stated which block of flats we were in and when we called, whoever answered phone in the shop said they couldn't do anything about our order, yet this was their delivery drivers fault!! Poor unprofessional service and i will be making sure not to order again and will be telling others too, had to phone a london number to contact just eat themselves.

Miserable staff . Untidy/dirty tables to sit at, staff sat in the back on their phones instead of cleaning the dirty tables. Lost 2 customers while I was there because of the dirty tables .

Terrible service. Overcharge for adding extra filling. Same sub from other store was £2 cheaper. Charged almost £3 extra for chicken. Never be here again.

Food is always as fresh as the service. Staff are always pleasant and attentive <3

Had a steak and cheese 6 inch on paprika and chilli bread with steak sauce and jalapeños wow absolute satisfaction would definitely recommend a visit.

Asked for bacon to be removed from breakfast sub. And add additional chilli sauce to tikka sub. Basic instructions but they drenched the breakfast sub in chilli sauce. Uneadible and straight in the bin it went. Disgusting. Read basic instructions before preparing orders. No wonder subway is about to go under.
