The old faithful bar of Glasgow Airport. Really nice staff and super fast service considering how busy it gets. Only thing you ever wait any time for is coffees. Food is standard airport fare and your probably better off ordering from its neighbours if you are eating but it has nice seats and views and drinks are affordable for the setting

Went here for breakfast before flying out on holiday. Ordered after being ignored for 10 minutes. Everyone that came in after us got their food before us. Asked the waitress in more than one occasion where our order was. She says, I seen it in the kitchen, I’ll go and get it. 15 minute later we were still waiting. We had to go to our gate and just as we were leaving the waitress was bringing the order. I went to the till and asked for a refund only to be met by a cheeky and downright rude manager. We had waited 40 minutes in total which was unacceptable. His attitude was awful, If that’s the way he treats people, maybe he shouldn’t be working with the public!!

Cold rubbery bacon roll, had to ask for drinks, again, finally received them 10 minutes after rolls. Cost? £23.10. Saw so many folk returning food. Welcome to Glasgow International airport. On the plus side, the staff were very pleasant.

Went here before our flight back to the US, the place was busy, it said wait to be seated, however there was no host, we found a table and sat down. The young waitress informed us that we can either order at the table or at the bar, my husband and I went up to the bar to order. When ordering breakfast we were told no vegetarian breakfast available but the lady who served us offered a different breakfast, it was served quickly and our coffee came the same time as the breakfast. The food was delicious. The lady who served us at the bar was friendly and polite. She apologised several times about the waiting time for the hot drinks, when she brought over the coffee and explained that it was really busy on coffees. Young waitress with long blond hair was very friendly and cheery . Definitely will return.

Prosecco was flat but I felt bad to complain given I had to return my "meal" as it was covered in oil, which I specifically asked to not be added. You can see said "meal" in the photo, I got 3 stripes of carrot, 3 stripes of cucumber, one raddish, 1/4 flatbread and roughly around 30g of hummus at £8.25.. I appreciate that these are airport prices but I was shocked by the plate I was served

We wanted to order coffee and were ignored for the first 15 minutes. There were 12 waiters present and very few customers. 2 of the waiters had breakfast and 5 young men chatted and played on their phones. We had to ask a waiter to clean the dirty table where we were sitting at and then had to go to the bar to order. We were charged a service fee, even though it was basically a self service. We then also had to wait for another 10 minutes to get our coffees. The view was very nice, but the service was a disaster.

Couldn't believe what I was seeing when I looked at the menu. I get it's an airport and a captive audience but over £7 for a roll and sliced sausage is taking the absolute mick! Splashed out on a roll and links last time I was there, had better food in an army scoff house. Doubt anything will change though, not like Glasgow airport has plenty of choices.

Best drink & dining location in the airport by a MILE! The food was delicious, can highly recommend the buratta / tomato salad (crispy capers - genius) & the garlic prawns! Outstanding service from everyone but especially Josephine who was an absolute joy to talk to, very knowledgeable on the menu and kindly looked after my bags and even took the time to lock away my phones for safekeeping.

We always come to this bar before our flight. It’s always enjoyable but Sara made it easy with having two young children… Super helpful and chatty at 5:30am! :) noticed little things you need help with when you’re travelling with a toddler. We have always had to queue at the bar but our order was taken at the table. It’s been much appreciated.

The pulled lamb with haggis is excellent value (though salad on the side was not fit for consumption). They could do with a better whisky selection but you'd be hard pressed to find a better airport restaurant here. Friendly service as well.

There was nothing really special about the food, but wanted to leave a comment about exceptional customer service.. Managed to sort out something for myself out of menu (just because), then had to rush my waitress as realised I m late for my flight (just because not organised). Considering it s an airport, so chances they will ever see those customers again are slim - but still super friendly, polite and helpful!

Nice location within Glasgow Airport to sit and eat whilst watching the planes. It is 'airport expensive' but not too bad, had expected my steamed asparagus to be warm but didn't detract from overall flavour of meal. Table service was good, nice to not have to order on my phone although that option is there. My meal pictured was £19.75.

Great service from Sarah at the Caledonian bar. Sarah couldn’t be more tentative. It was the busiest day of the year in Glasgow Airport since summer 2019 and we were still treated like royalty - Karley & Nicole

Thought I would try the Caledonia and it did not disappoint. Apparently the menu is new and it was absolutely delicious, the ingredients were fresh, presentation was lovely and I struggled to choose between the options. Additionally the service was fab, Bernadette was a joy and her enthusiasm for what she does and the menu was so refreshing.

Very good airport bar, not sure why it has so many bad reviews. It’s at an airport so you’d expect it to be expensive however service was excellent. Nice and comfortable environment to enjoy a few pre flight beers.

Staff are great, but why have the "wait to be seated" if not to be used. Ordered at the bar, which I'm never comfortable doing when travelling alone and having to leave bag to maintain table. Scrabbled Egg with Salmon was cold, cheese cake was lovely and the view is great, enjoyed the playlist too. No hurry to remove plates, but at least there is a power socket to power my laptop. Will try a different option next time

Nice cosy lounging area with a great view of the runway, worth second guessing the upperdeck lounge. The waiting staff was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to chat to. Will definitely be back soon. ☺️

The woman(short dark hair and glasses) at the door was absolutely brilliant, credit to your company. So friendly and chatty, made me feel welcome… her words are what i needed to hear that day. Means more than she will ever know! The young man behind the bar(ginger hair and glasses) also very friendly & helpful. Been home a month from New Zealand and best customer service I have received. Thank you.
