A great wee venue, very clean and efficient. Staff were very friendly and I got what I wanted immediately. I went early on a Sunday morning when it was quiet, but I could see a number of staff preparing for what looked like was going to be a busy day. A good selection of food and merchandise and when I presented a gift card it was pleasant not to be told they couldn’t accept it because they were a franchise. A good experience.

This is by the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The Baristas make the best blonde lattes I have ever had. In addition the staff are always vey friendly and welcoming.

Decided to try the new toasted vanilla oat shaken espresso … thing that I’ve seen advertised. A good chuckle with the server trying to get all the words out in the right order. Fabulous service and tasty drink!

i went in and asked for a caramel iced frappe with oat milk the girl serving me was lovely but the girls making the drink… they put the drink into the dairy mixer, which is cross contamination, they seemed like they didn’t wanna be there and im sure they used normal cows milk in my order as now i have a stomach ache.. not happy with this

Been visiting this place for years. Maybe not so regular but as a treat due to my medical conditions. Staff is Always kind and smiling. Few times I had a very good chat with staff (sorry not great with remembering names) and they always make a minute to listen. This one is alway the one I buy in drive through even if I have few more cafes on my way to work or trips. Keep the Amazing work Team 👍💗

The drinks were made perfectly and the staff was very kind and patient. What I didn't like was the fact that they seemed to be understaffed and they were struggling to keep the tables clean and we're visibly tired from rushing so much. I hope management sees this review and takes appropriate measures. Also, music was a bit too loud and it was hard to focus even with headphones but overall the service and staff were great.

Every time I go into this coffee shop I have to ask someone to clean the table. Today was no different. 5 table's were cleared away, but not one of the tables was cleaned. The coffee shop was not busy, so there was no excuse for the dirty table's. Obviously cleanliness is not a high priority in this coffee shop. I will not be back. Staff training definitely needed in this coffee shop.

Always a great experience when visiting Starbucks Linwood! Troy, Diane and June are always extremely welcoming and very happy to help. Premises is always clean and the overall vibe is comfortable and relaxed. We come at least once a week so be assured it’s not a one time review, this is our experience each and every time. Would highly recommend this place.

Normally OK here but when you are paying 4 quid for a coffee it should be filled up. I got half a cup of froth. Didn't really notice til I was gone. Came back and got another half cup. Please train your staff on how to fill a cup up. I'm happy to come in for free and have a training day.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this Starbucks on many occasions, but today was what motivated me to review my experience, at last. Simplest way to say is this - I have been having a really difficult day, and I was met with the best potential of humanity - kindness, compassion and love. Danielle was one of my stars of the day, and the other was the lovely flannel shirt wearing barista lady. I don't think you could do any better if you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy a cup of something darn good.

Tammi just served us and was very polite and friendly. Offered my daughter an iced water as she didn’t want anything. Very nice gesture. Well done

I normally love getting my starbucks but when the barista stops serving myself and the customer infront so she can go to the drive through window to chat with and then serve a family member thats a red flag to me. No more business here for me.

Good evening Starbucks Linwood. I’m normally not one for writing reviews but on this occasion I thought I would give you my reasoning for 5 stars . On visiting your establishment today I was astounded to see how busy your place was and yet everything seemed to run like clockwork. Our server/barista was Tammi who was so attentive and knowledgeable with regards to my business partners questions regarding coffee etc. Outstanding customer service by a lovely young lady who never stopped smiling. I may add that as I said above it was very busy and yet the tables etc were spotlessly clean . I for one will definitely visit Starbucks Linwood again just for the sheer pleasure of being served with a smile ( so thank you Tammi) and thank you all at Starbucks Linwood for making our coffees etc a most enjoyable experience. Keep smiling 🙂

Staff today were extremely helpful, I sat for a while having a few coffees and observed Troy and Ross being extremely attentive to customers offering them help and assistance. Huge well done, oh and my cookies and cream Frappuccino’s were delicious thanks guys

Not so great. Took a long time for the coffee. Was told some sort of order mix up when I asked (no apology offered). Messy tables - unoccupied tables not being cleaned after the last customer (had to move stuff myself). Tables occupied by non customers (might have been a mate of one of the staff).

Regular customer here and they always bring a good service. Staff are hospitable and the coffees are always spot on.

Used to have good experiences with this Starbucks but it seems to have gone downhill recently. When I'm paying £5 for a coffee the least I'd expect is to not be treated like an idiot when I'm about to pay. Would have got better customer service at a McDonalds.... Doesn't help that the drink I received was basically tasteless. Definitely will be using other branches in the future.

Employee behind the till was being extremely rude to the Just Eat driver. She was shouting so loud the whole restaurant could hear which made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Disappointed in the experience and would not be back due to this employees behaviour.

Excellent service from the staff always helpful and approachable. Wife and I enjoyed the coffee with fast service. The outdoor seating is perfect when the weather’s nice.

Lovely staff! They acknowledged I was heavily pregnant and offered to bring my hot chocolate over to the table for me. It was greatly appreciated! Amazing service!

Went in for quick brunch while my Car is getting sorted from a local dealer. lovely staff they have, super helpful and accommodating. helped me with my dietary requirements. The latte was delicious and arrived very quickly. Highly recommend.

Coffee good but standing waiting on an expensive panini. Just left next to grill and asked them where it was!!? I said it has been there for at least 5 minutes going cold..Not impressed.

place has few clear tables, those clear are sticky, floor dirty and not overly busy perhaps worth leaving wipes out for the customers to clean their own table before use

Was in Starbucks in linwood this week and was served by Stina. She was really lovely and the latte she made was great. Store is clean and has a good atmosphere

Lovely, attentive staff - I never had problems going through Linwood Starbucks’s drive thru! They’re all also very patient and cheery every time i see them. Top notch service.

Nice coffee and the Caffè is very clean and modern. Has a drive though and plenty of parking. It's in a retail park so great to pop in after some shopping

This is a really nice Starbucks for a Starbucks. Dog friendly which makes up for the overpriced coffee as it's one of my dogs favorite things to do to go and get a puppacinno.

Staff were lovely and so enthusiastic but was a tad disappointed at the frappucino made. Could only drink some of it before having to try scoop out the ice remnants from the cup - unfortunately the ice took up most of the drink and it was tasteless. Had to bin the rest - so for over £4 I paid for some tasteless ice and a quarter cup of frappucino.. Not the best at all. Have had previous good frappucinos from here so I'm assuming it's been a busy day.. Still not so pleased by what I'd paid for..
