We were invited to share in a Christening and were made welcome from the start of of visit. The car park is big and access to the Cathedral is via ramps to wide doors.

It is a Roman Catholic Church. I want changes within the RC Church. They are aware that, and I would like to see closer links to other churches, especially the Church of Scotland and the Church of England usually called the Episcopalian Church here in Scotland. Moving forward in a spirit of cooperation to help the Homeless especially, in this area. I pray for the meeting of minds and a generosity of spirit to move forward together with a bit of give and take.

Attended an event in the hall was a Scottish ceilidh was brill night

Only in the hall for blood donation but all tidy and well organised. The cathedral itself is an imposing building.

Quite an impressive building built in the 1930s. Am sure those of a religious persuasion will find this an impressive place for worship

Disgraceful that St Mirin’s is recruiting protestors to hurl horrific abuse at women at the Queen Elizabeth hospital even though there are buffer zones and it’s a hate crime. But there’s no greater hate than “Christian”” love”

Sadly our recent visit was to a Funeral at the Cathedral but St Mirin's RC Cathedral was my Parish Church for many years.

A wonderful church lead by true clergy who a people focussed. Bishop John has such wonderful leadership qualities and extremely close to the people of the diocese. I can’t speak highly enough of the cathedral and positive impact it has on Paisley.
