AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I wish I had my data on to check the reviews first. I had to watch my partner be physically assaulted by the owner of this establishment. My partner needed a quick snack so popped in for a sandwich. It came and it was terrible so we asked to speak to the manager as it was not edible. The guy then screamed at him and dragged him around by his T-shirt. After 15 years in the hospitality business I have never witnessed this kind of Kitchen Nightmares behaviour. Trust the reviews DO NOT GO HERE

Terrible experience with the hotel. Stay away from these scammers! We made a booking (with payment obligation) at the Blossom hotel, but they did not accept or reject the booking. Even though I have asked the hotel for clarity several times via email, telephone and WhatsApp. We tried all the provide contact options multiple times. They let us travel to Luang Prabang and the hotel, and then announced that they had not accepted the booking. They said that because of this (!), the room was still available and that we could now book the same room for more than double of the original price. This was not a technical error or something like that, this was a deliberate action. Which they also admitted.. I find this really scandalous. They knew that the entire village (at least all affordable hotels) were sold out due to the Chinese holiday and put pressure on us. Take the time to read the other reviews and avoid this retarded mess.

WARNING ❗️ Absolutely unacceptable to putting hand on customers… Personally very hardly leaving reviews but this is something that everyone should be aware. Came to the restaurant as we were very hungry and wanted to get quick bite so why not to order burgers and chips, ‘’ YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH BURGER AND CHIPS ‘’ trust me, YES you can. I have received meat which smelled absolutely awful and had grey colour. At this point, we have called our server which was very understanding and apologetic. We have refused to pay due to not finishing the the meal and because there was not replacement for fresh one. After that, manager came and start putting hands on my partner and raining his voice.. He was still smoking while he came to talk to him, so his breath stunk and while he was screaming at me, he spat all over my face. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Did not stay at the rooms, so can’t comment on it. We are here late in the afternoon for lunch instead. In terms of food, it wasn’t really great compared to our many meals here at Laos. The grilled fish was decent, and there were lemongrass stuffing to make the fish more fragrant. However, the seasoning was quite isolated towards the stomach area. The chilli sauce that accompanied it was amazing. The deep fried prawns were pretty crispy, though unfortunately it was very oily. It was only accompanied by ketchup and mayonnaise, which is fine but could have potential to be better. We didn’t like the papaya salad at all unfortunately. Think it wasn’t well prepared and was not aesthetically pleasing. Tried many other salads around Laos and they were much more flavourful and tasty. Personally, wouldn’t come a second time for a meal here as there are many other options available in the vicinity.

We didn't stay here so can't comment on hotel We called in during the day for a cold beer, the staff were quick to serve us but never returned to get a food order. We thought maybe slow and understaffed during the day. Went back a few days later in the evening when the night market was on. I had to chase staff for menus and order drinks. Food arrived quickly but was very average compared to other meals we have had in Luang Prabang, though they are large for the money. We had garlic vegetables, crispy pork noodles and brisket with potatoes. New management might help here. No one ever returns to see if you want anything else, so big loss in $ for them.

Food is beyond trash. First pic is ‘fried chicken with carrots’. There were 2 pieces of chicken, that’s it. Next one is the ‘American burger’. I’ve never eaten a more awful burger than this one. I’m feeling scammed and I’m for sure never going back here again.

The portions were surprisingly huge but they were not tasty unfortunately. My vegetable salad was all in cesar dressing, it looked more like a soup than salad.

No idea of the rooms. Staff of restaurant were great. Food was great. Had noodles, spaghetti, beef with green peppers & the local pork sausage. Great all around & a good option when the night market tables were all full, as in our case.

Staff doesnt understand anything. They can't even understand "coke zero", you have to show a picture. And they're not necessarily nice. Wouldn't recommend. Wi-Fi was good tho

Sadly, we sat there quite a while and it took ages for our food to arrive. While we waited we saw how they filled water into the small water bottles. Since it‘s a hotel, these must be the „fresh water bottles“ that you get for free.. When our food arrived after 40 minutes (we were the only guests), it was not what we ordered..

The menu is very overpriced for what you receive & advertises food that is nothing like what you receive. I ordered a vegetable soup and the broth tasted like water with no flavor & it only had collard greens in it. Might as well call it a collared greens soup. My boyfriend ordered a bacon burger and it really was a rip off for how much he paid for it.... you can find much better and more affordable meals in town.

I enjoyed two of my best meals at this restaurant. The food was tasty, with good value for money and the service fast and friendly. We ordered a variety of dishes and enjoyed them all. The restaurant had good Wi Fi and it's right next to the night market. I was amazed to see bad reports, which contradict my experience, and I would have avoided this place based on those reviews but glad that I did not. I also paid in TBH and received a good exchange and change in TBH as well. I would visit again when next in Luang Prabang. I can't comment on the hotel, but there are places a few metres away that I would avoid at all costs.

It was nice to sit at the restaurant and look out at the street but the food was pretty shoddy. The menu fails to mention when food is cooked in chili and is therefore extremely hot. Definitely would not return.

we ordered a pizza and it was clearly microwaved, so it was returned but they still charged us. when asked to remove it from the bill the owner (tall skinny chinese guy) started screaming at me, poked me in the chest and threatned to call the police so i went and got the police who spoke with an employee but nothing was resolved about the chest poking. i would not recomend this restaurant.

We went in this restaurant without checking reviews. the restaurant looks quite good from outside, especially because of the outdoor sitting area. The staff is friendly and speaks basic English. We had coconut juice and spring rolls. Unfortunately, the coconut fruit was a little too ripe and its juice was warm – it wasn’t tasty at all. As for the spring rolls, you can see from the attached picture that they were cooked in overused oil... The manager seems to take advantage from the good location of his restaurant (just at the beginning of the night market on the main street) and of its nice outdoor sitting area to serve underwhelming food. Wifi available.

good to escape the night market and have a cold drink. we didnt have dinner so we cant judge that. the staff was friendly and the prices are the same as in all the other places.

We only had lunch here. It has a nice looking seating area. It also has an extensive menu but nothing we ordered was any good. You can bet much tastier food on the street at half the price.

An outdoor restaurant with a lovely view of the Mekong. Had a wide choice of food but some not available. Took credit card but we had to walk up to the Airline office to make the payment because the boss had gone home!! Lovely staff. If the weather is nice then your experience will be too. Meals were generous.

This is a post about the restaurant. I thought the prices were high at first but then I saw the portion. It was worth the 40,000 kip and tasted like it was from fresh ingredients. Based off of that I'd say it's worth the stop. Friendly staff. After dinner you can walk the night market around sunset.
