I am a pro traveler and I am writing this review for people who visit Palakkad. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Abudhabi Residency because the staff is so much caring and you will feel like you’re at home. Rooms are modern, well furnished, clean and beautiful. I strongly suggest to stay here to everyone either you’re a solo traveler, with friends or family. This place is perfect for your stay. Also the location is amazing! It’s in the centre of town and all tourist places are also nearby from Abudhabi Residency. Loved the stay and staff!!

The rooms are good but if you want to accommodate an extra person, the hotel is not equipped to handle it. The mattress provided is of poor quality and they do not have extra blankets either. The customer service is sloppy. It’s not that they don’t try, but it’s with a lot of resistance. Eg after check in you have to specify them to start hot water. As soon as we checked in, The bathroom tap came out in our hand when we opened it. When we mentioned it at reception - his first statement was ‘Did u already break it?’ Imagine being accused of breaking when we have only opened. We enter the bathroom, and check the water flow, the drainage was clogged and water kept flooding in the bathroom. Repeated requests to unclog has to be placed after within 15 mins of checking in which a housekeeping lady came and cleaned the bathroom. Drinking water has to be asked for. The remotes for AC and TV do not work bcoz of the batteries and too much reluctance to change the batteries. After check in we had to carry our own luggage to the rooms- difficult for senior citizens or pregnant ladies - reason given staff is not available as all are unwell. Since we were out most of the time and used the room only to crash in on bed at nighttime, I can’t give complete info on the hotel. Location wise it’s a super accessible place and rooms are clean. But customer service stinks

Nice & decent hotel to stay. It's a new hotel and neatly clean and well maintained. We stayed overnight and the stay was peaceful. The manager at reception was good at his behaviour and the service boy. Do visit.

I had come down to stay with my family for 4 nights. Booked 7 rooms with you.. out of 7 i got only 5 rooms on time and the other 2 I had to follow up so much and later in the evening i got 1 then my family moved out for dinner and when we came back i got the last room which was at 11 in the night. Later for next 2-3 days I had to ask your staff 100 times for toiletries, towel and water bottles which should have been complementary daily. Asking for fresh towels was a task.

Lacks basic facilities like hot water, towel, soaps. We has to ask multiple times also poor service. Runs on solar has electricity issue. Rooms as too small to accommodate 2 person only bed and some space

After getting call confirmation of the room from the receptionist we went to Residency (26th Nov 2022). After reaching there, it was informed that room is not available and me and my wife was asked to leave. The attitude of the receptionist regarding the same is also not at all satisfactory. Double check the availability before reaching the Hostel.

Above average quality hotel for the mentioned pricing. Rooms are small but neat enough. Washrooms are clean.

We had an excellent stay at Abudhabi residency . The rooms are very neat and clean and the hospitality is so good .. And the location is really accessible and staffs are available 24/7 and very cooperative.. We Highly recommend the stay at Abudhabi residency..💯👍

Very nice rooms. Good for family also. Location also very good, all kinds of shops are there. Staff behaviour also is very kind .. it is a nice place for stay.

Nice location and with car parking. Nice cosy rooms, however the bed was very small, just enough for two. They do not have a restaurant but there are lot of eateries and food joint available just around the main road. There is also a tea shop just outside that prepares lovely tea.

Very good stay. Worth for money. Neat and clean room. Only problem mosquito are there in the room.

The place is located 15-20 min from the Railway station & on the main road itself. The rooms may not be spacious, but decent enough for Solo travelers, couples, etc. Though there is no restaurant inside, you may find decent ones just in the vicinity of the place. The staff members right from the receptionist (Mr. Krishna Madhavan) to the housekeeping members were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Overall a comfortable stay.

Had a very Peaceful stay at this hotel this week. First booked the room for two nights. After staying for two nights, extended the stay for one more night just for relax and resting in the hotel. Such a peaceful and calm hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was highly comfortable, even better than my recent stays at various hotels of the price range. The bathroom is very clean too. Surely its a Hygiene hotel for stay. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. No nearby good veg restaurants, but can rely on Swiggy and Zomato. The hotel has one non-veg restaurant tie-up for room service. The hotel is located at Head Post office bus-stop, can have buses easily to/from Palakkad Town/KSRTC/Stadium bus stands which are located at 1-2 km distance. The hotel is at ~4km from the Palakkad main railway station (PGT - Olavakode). A recommended hotel for calm and peaceful stay.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was good. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Palakkad and looking for budget friendly stay.

I booked this thinking its close to station, because on map its shows as close to Palakkad town rly station. But the main rly station is 3-4 Km away (Palakkad Junction station). Landmarks are Head Post Office and Distt Hospital. This a small, functional hotel (may be 10-15 rooms), no restaurant. Food can be ordered from outside. A couple of restaurants near by, but only one is in close vicinity (Nandaa on opp side). Room was adequate, though hot water wasnt readily available in the morning. Parking space for 3-4 cars in front of hotel. Its on a main road, so buses and autos are easily available. All in all good option for a stay.
