A Good Restaurant Around Palakkad Where They Serve South Indian & Kerala Dishes...

Good Hotel to stay. Rooms,Washrooms all were neat .(As all were new.)Stay with family. Took a standard room with AC and a normal room without AC. The price was OK. Have an underground parking. With 24hrs check in and check out .Not on the highway. Have to get into the city .No matter Google Maps will help finding the place. Anyways it was a comfortable stay.

Very bad food. Pls don't order biriyani here. Their biriyani is ghee rice. No masala, no spices. Just too much oil rich rice. Service also too bad. Suppliers are unprofessional

The food in this restaurant have good taste , the mixed fried rice it's quantity and quality are good . And their chicken and french fries combo it's too good .

A good place to have lunch. A small place with good ambience and tasty food. Biriyani was great.

Was staying in Nalanda Rich, their Hotel. Tried Paneer Butter Masala as it was written as special. It was just okay for 130. The chappathy was rather dry. The place is neat and staff is very friendly. They didn't have tea or coffee.

i had ordered porotta ,pepper chicken and pineapple juice . porotta was dry and iam sure it was not fresh. pepper chicken was tasteless and chicken was not cooked at all. pineapple juice was the worst . the tables were not clean. the first thing I did when I reached home was vomit. i hope it is not food poisoning. i suggest not to eat anything from there. zero stars

Food is no good. Just a basic idly was hard as stone and sambar was no good. If someone in south india can screw up an idly I am sure the rest will be as bad if not worse.

Just bought some chicken curry, and was fully spoilt. Feels every chance of having a food poisoning from the bite we had. Informed them and just for the sake of it they said a sorry and immediately returned money with a lame excuse, that they prepare things in the morning itself. That was more scary! Avoid this restaurant at any cost!

Ground floor l feel like congested there is no privacy I don't know about the first floor

The hotel just opened 10 days back after completing its renovation. Food is not upto the mark. Washrooms are very conjusted. The kitchen is probably the first room that you see when you enter the hotel. Tea/Coffee, not the best on my list. Crockery/Cutlery again not the best.

The interior looks good. But they are not cleaning it properly. Dusty chairs, tables and glasses. We tried their broasted chicken combo of 999/-. Chicken tastes good but the quantity was very less. And they provide very less amount of dip and charges 20 for extra dip which is also less in quantity. Overall the experience was bad.

Today I went to this restaurant, and waited for the availability of a table, one table got free but the plates and balance food was there in the table only. I requested to a waiter to clean that table, so that we can sit comfortable , but he didn’t respond, then after 10 mins again i requested the same person , then suddenly he responded , he told me that he can’t do it now, & i have to wait. I was speechless by this response.. I didn’t expect this , that too in a rude behaviour. This is how Nalanda group is running thier restaurants. I stepped out of the restaurant immediately after hearing this..

Good Ambiance but the smell inside the restaurant was very difficult to manage. Don't know whether it was always there or not. But we had a bad feeling here. Food was average. Pricing was also average.

Overpriced,, Rs 140 for just biriyani rice without chicken and the biriyani which i got is like ghee rice. U can get better biriyani with chicken for Rs 120 in most places. Also I ordered quarter chilly chicken which was priced Rs 240 and it's like Virakkum koli ( very hard) in most of the hotels they charge 240 rs for 1/2 plate chilly children. Totally waste of Rs 400. Why u r robbing the money of customers ,, if you charge higher please make quality food.
