For
a
hotel
that
is
close
to
the
station,
it
seriously
lacks
basic
necessities
like
towels
and
toothbrush
with
just
one
being
provided
per
room,
considering
that
it's
a
deluxe
room
which
holds
two
people.
Also,
geyser
wasn't
working
and
hot
water
wasn't
available
throughout
the
stay.
We
had
to
request
it
multiple
times
which
was
cumbersome
and
an
exhausting
experience.
The
staff
service
in
general
was
decent
and
room
service
was
equally
good.
This
included
the
receptionist,
who
was
very
courteous,
helpful
and
available
at
all
times
for
any
requests/queries.
On
the
other
hand,
the
hotel
manager
was
haughty,
disdainful
and
rude
in
the
face
of
paying
customers.
When
considering
your
stay,
know
and
understand
that
you'll
get
a
decent
room
near
the
station
with
good
service,
but
you'll
be
seriously
lacking
in
facilities
or
amenities
and
will
have
to
face
a
rude
manager.
