One of the nearby hotels close to Palakkad Railway Station, a plus point. Hot water, extra bed for extra person available at additional rate, 1 Complementary mineral water and a limited complementary breakfast like Aappam and Idiyappam is available on the day we visited. So if you expect more food like buffet or with more options there are nearby walkable veg restaurants like Mani cafe also available. PLEASE DON'T PLAN TO GO ON FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS ON APRIL 14 & 15 SINCE ALMOST ALL THE RESTAURANTS WILL BE CLOSED. BETTER CALL THE HOTEL TO CONFIRM. We struggled a lot due to this. Overall will be a good stay, kind polite staffs & worth spent. You need to directly call to the hotel for booking and no online booking available. Thank you!!

Decent hotel with good service. Located very close to Palakkad junction railway station. Food was above average. Just been to restaurant and hence can't say much about rooms and room services. Have a good bar also. Restaurant was not much crowded during my visit. Cost wise it was reasonably priced

We went to have lunch from this restaurant after trekking from Dhoni waterfalls. We were starving and was greeted by a staff with a welcoming attitude. We tried the butter chicken and Beef Dry fry with lime. They replaced the lime juice when we notified the sour taste. Price is a bit high, but the service and food is really good.

For a hotel that is close to the station, it seriously lacks basic necessities like towels and toothbrush with just one being provided per room, considering that it's a deluxe room which holds two people. Also, geyser wasn't working and hot water wasn't available throughout the stay. We had to request it multiple times which was cumbersome and an exhausting experience. The staff service in general was decent and room service was equally good. This included the receptionist, who was very courteous, helpful and available at all times for any requests/queries. On the other hand, the hotel manager was haughty, disdainful and rude in the face of paying customers. When considering your stay, know and understand that you'll get a decent room near the station with good service, but you'll be seriously lacking in facilities or amenities and will have to face a rude manager.

Very friendly front desk and room service good. Spacious and best rooms for budget but toilet tap is not of best quality. Fully corrugated inside the main tap. Lift not functioning. Everywhere the lift sevice call won't take more than 12 hours and here even after 36 hours, when I wanted to go ground floor, the lift took me to 3rd floor from 2nd floor and when I pressed for ground floor it opened at 2nd floor and gone dead. Further I do not like the menu of complementary breakfast limited to appam and idiyappam because for the same room for the same tarriff Indraprastha offer buffet breakfast with 10 items in menu.

Good room, no water bottle, whatever you want have to call them by land no. & get, no intercom facility, they mentioned in their website "complimentary service " not there

The Sreevalsam Residency is in the immediate vicinity of the Palakkad railway station. I got into their restaurant with my family on a national holiday. It's an air-conditioned restaurant with less crowd. We ordered the Kerala Porotta, Chicken fried rice and the Chilly Beef. It was good. It's a good family restaurant to get in if you're around Palakkad railway station premises.

Don't go here, i got liquor MC luxury 2*90ml and 1 water bottle and cashew 1no pocket. Cost is Rs 470 too costly. In Tamil Nadu and Karnataka MC luxury price is Rs 225 only.

Not recommended, very bad ambience. I had 02 KF strong taste Vise and kick Vise, I did not feel it KF strong. If you have less kick, you will buy more I think this is the strategy. Pathetic ambience you can see image.

The bar is literally worst .. even thou there is half an hour to close they used to switch off the fan and the hospitality is not good at all

Only bar available near Palakkad Junction railway station. Even though it doesn't have great facilities... A/C and no A/C is available for the bar but I think they will charge extra for A/C. Not so hygienic. Washrooms are pathetic. Also doesn't have many options for beers. Barman is quite professional and he does know how to deal with the customers even in busy conditions. Other service staff are not that good. Better to do self service...
