In non AC bar the service was average only .Toilet was very dirty and smelling bad.No debit/credit card swipe.

I went there with a friend who want to drink. The reality I saw was very pathetic. Wost ambience, Staffs behavior is very bad after billing they won't give u balance untill u ask. They are Just money minded who want to scam . My frnd who drank his opinion was the alcohol quality is so bad 👎 it was not even a real drink and the food was utter waste. Not at all good for a person who seek relaxation or good ambience. I will give a 0 star if I could.

AC not working in rooms.If at all it works,no cooling,no remote . Limited space for parking due to lot of 2 wheelers parked there by people who come to the Bar attached to the hotel for drink. Not fit for family people to stay in

Disappointed with the service and pricing. The ambiance is quite poor and they charge about 30% more when matched against similar bar in Palakkad. Avoidable.

The response of the bar person here is very polite. They served almost very good food. Just try and enjoy.. recommend only for guys who want really happy with liquor and enjoyment(time pass)
