Very good customer service with good collection.wide range of bangle collection, but limited haram designs and jimukka designs. Low weight ornaments are also available. Muhurat collections are really awesome.ambience is awesome. Time delay definitely will occur even though you will select ornaments fastly.they requires more time for billing than selecting or even making those ornament🤑🤑🤑one full day will take even though you are planning to atleast a single chain.. all others good.. negative part is delay in billing. 8/10.you can check out my pics( that i purchased)

Very bad Service ever. disappointed with the service and the stafff I purchased jewels for my wedding, but they didn't give proper box to organize the gold. I told them personally that I needed a proper box to arrange my ornaments. But, they haven't given proper box. Poor customer satisfaction 😏will not recommend it. Simply giving false information about making charges Salesman Manikandan was bragging himself unnecessarily and was saying that we had arranged 101pavan in this small box. Which is not acceptable as a customer. It's none of my business to know whether you arrange 101 or 10 pavan in a box. As a customer, I asked the box to arrange my ornaments. It's the jewellery’s responsibility to arrange everything as per the customer satisfaction. I don't know that Kalyan jewellery has a scarcity of ornament boxes.

I had a bad experience last week. I entered in to Gold Rekha scheme in this Kalyan jewellers last sep. Now when I went to redeem my gold, they tell this scheme is applicable only for jewellery less than 18% making charges. This was neither informed to us when we entered in to the scheme, nor it is mentioned in the terms and conditions given by them. Finally i had to take gold with less than 18% making charges ( after keeping money with them for 11 months) Moreover they will not give the remaining amount in cash they will adjust it in the next purchase. So if you are trying to get in to some scheme with kalyan think twice.

Had a good experience purchasing ring here. The collections of the place has increased. Overall good shopping experience.

Be very careful. They are extracting 50% making charges. They are making us pay first and then giving the bill later. Ask for making charges and other details before finalizing. I have been to Malabar gold, Bhima, Kalyan in last 2 weeks. I felt Malabar gold to be better in terms of ethics and transparency.

Customer service is at its bad side. If the customer is purchasing small product; they are treated in different way than who coming to purchase big products. Sales person is literally teasing about customer confusion in choosing ornaments with co- workers. It's not at all acceptable. It would be better if they understand that without customer satisfaction they can't take it forward.

Very much satisfied with the service of Mr Manoj and I feel people like him is an asset to any organization who understands the pulse of the customer
