Punctuality- started the make up just *3 hrs late* Level of paying attention to bride: Spent more time grooming the previous bride's great grandma and kids while I was running late to my own wedding. Level of disappointment- 💯 Thanks to the parlour - I was late to my own wedding and looked absolutely nightmarish!!

This is the worst experience I’ve had in a beauty parlour. First when we arrived, there was no one to attend to us, even though I could hear someone cleaning. Later when the beautician arrived, I explained that myself and my daughter and son all needed haircuts and I also needed to get waxed. There was only one stylist at this time even though it was after 10.30am. First she cut my son’s hair which was awful and l actually had to get it redone at a different salon. My daughter’s long was also trimmed which was done very unevenly. During my waxing, which was done by another beautician, she tried to use a strip that fell on the floor before I asked her to use a fresh clean strip. I also had to remind her to close the curtain for privacy. On top of all this, the parlour was really warm and I was sweaty. Still I didn’t see them turning on air conditioning! Very poor quality service and I do t think these ladies are actually trained!! I will definitely not be returning

The makeup team arrived just 45 minutes before my engagement muhurtham (while booking, they said they will reach before time) and anyone can imagine how badly they have done (spoiled) my makeup and saree draping on my big day. Even though their packages are super expensive, their services are not worth it.

I went for permanent blow dry today. Though my appointment was in their new building above max, i did the treatment from their old building in city centre due to power failure in the new building. Thanks ashwathy (front office old)and owner for making necessary arrangements. But the behaviour of the front office in the new building is not good, i should say. I recommend hair stylist kanjana the one with short hair . Really professional girl.

This review is in general, not citing any particular service... (Mentioning about parlour running in max building.)..their approach is too unprofessional.. During their initial days of launch, they were very down to earth and after getting clients,they have become very arrogant in their attitude.. (My personal experience.. )they will neither attend the phone calls nor shows the basic courtesy to call back which i found very disrespectful..

Friendly staff and they provide very good service...whether it's spa or facials...very happy with this place!!! Loved their new place...and the ambience.. Has become one of personal favourite parlour in palakkad town!!!

I am a very happy bride! My special thanks to Amutha-chechi and her team for making me look simply amazing for both my engagement and my wedding. As someone who doesn't take well to heavy make-up, I can personally guarantee that the looks Amutha-chechi can give you will be both tasteful and will definitely last through any event. She was also very helpful and accommodated any requests regarding the look and hairstyle I chose. They also provide gel nail art at the salon so you can get that extra touch for your special day.

It's the worst parlour that I've ever gone. I asked for a haircut with reference pic but they did it in the wrong way..and it turned out the worst and they messed it up . Cost was pretty high for this worst haircut. Even tho we spoke with them about this,but they didn't even cared at all. Please be careful while doing haircuts..
