West Side has chose the right place to open it's business in the city of Palghat. ie, College Road. College Road, Stadium By Pass & Calicut By Pass Roads are the most happening places in the city for the past 12 years. If you want to experience international fashion shopping and dining you have to come in these places. About West Side: Tata group never disappoints their customers. They have a wide range of collections for all age groups particularly for the 15 - 45 age group. Very clean, good customer service. Marks: 10/10👍

Overwhelmed by the service and support provided by Mr. Althaf. The way of dealing the customers and helping them in choosing the apt dress is an added advantage. Collection of Dress material is good and Reasonable. Would highly recommend the public to visit the outlet.

This review is exclusive to palakkad west side. My mother and wife had gone to this outlet to redeem a StudioWest beauty box worth 750.but the employees argued with us and told us that the Coupon that we got from a verified what's app account is spam. And refused to allow us this box. They went to another Westside outlet and redeemed their coupon with no problems. There is definitely something shady going on here and it should be reported.

I have visited Westside palakkad 2 times within 1week recently...from parking to billing all staffs are behaving & servicing very well. Good collection of dresses, good behaviour and support from staffs. Cost is reasonably good. Not only high-class peoples but all can visit and buy dresses from here, that much huge collection, variety and variant price ranges.

Update: They know me now and we like each other. I use literally only westside. I've been using since last few years as well. Never have I ever felt attacked by the sales people except this time. Not only that a person is following me around creepy as hell, they don't understand personal boundaries. I am someone who likes shopping at my own privacy. I know my way around the store and I don't need someone telling me what is best for me. Totally creepy experience man.

Get decent collection of wearables from Palakkad from here. Don’t expect lulu type westside. Still, will suit our needs.

Awful experience, good collections though. This review is exclusively for palakkad outlet. The staff were highly disappointing and unprofessional as they were constantly giving us a look of suspicion while we were searching for tops. A saleswoman was constantly keeping an eye on us even in the fitting room which felt incredibly uncomfortable. I am not sure they even deserve one star. I am just giving it because i need to.

An excellent place for a variety of modern outfits under one roof.Also the staff are extremely helpful and polite.Moderate Parking space for your vehicles and the showroom is maintained well with ample space to move around. Overall a good shopping experience from a well know Brand!

West side Palakkad has a very Good collection and a lot of choices. Divya really helped us with choosing each and every dress.She is so patient and charming. Her service is fantastic.

I have been a regular customer for Westside. I must say it is definitely a must-go place for Shopping. The collections are pretty good which I did not find in other spots of Westside(Chennai and Bangalore) The staff are helpful and friendly. Parking space is good. The only con is that they could include more plus sizes for bottoms and dresses.

My experience was bad. While I acknowledge the great quality clothing Westside offers its customers, the payment experience tired me out. My card was not detected by their point of sale terminal (credit card swiping machine). I had to eventually pay cash and refrain from buying few tops which I very badly wanted to. I went for shopping yesterday and faced the same problem. I would suggest westside Palakkad to resolve this issue.

Special mention to the staff Ms. Anitha , superb sales skill. I took 3 shirts which was not at all in my plan when I visited along with my family at palakkad showroom . Suggestion is that extra care to be taken at the ladies section mainly in fitting / trial rooms to be manned by a ladies staff

Always love shopping at this place in Palakkad...the staff is patient, helpful, and efficient, and the selection is really nice. We hardly shop where we live in the US but even my husband makes it a point to stop in at this store whenever we come to Palakkad. They carry all sizes and they last well through frequent washes for years! I hope they don't change their quality or setup...and the basement parking makes it even easier. We've bought dressier clothes, lounge/sleepwear, shoes and kids clothes/gifts here...!
