One of the best clothing store in Palakkad. Good quality and variety of collections for all age groups. Parking lot is small.

Collections are very less. Especially western wears. Customer service is good.

Very good collection. I prefer max for shopping for my daughter.

Quality is good. Spacious enough. Parking facilities in the basement. No disturbances while selection from salesmen or saleswomen. Billing is quite fast. Don't expect any price reduction even during festive seasons!!

Neat and clean, & well behaved staff. Selections are not that great and need improvement. I feel the products are bit overpriced for the quality. On top of that charging additional amount for paper bags to carry the items purchased is a cheap strategy and reflects poorly on the management.

Poor experience with payment. While payment I asked them for qr code. They asked whether I use paytm or gpay. All other upi apps are not accepted by them. I told them I work with bank and payments made through all upi apps are similar and won’t be an issue. They replied that though amount will get deducted from my account it will take time to credit in their account. I was ready to take chance but they were not even willing to try. Today you lost a customer who purchased repeatedly from your shop. I will never visit Max Palakkad again.

Rate is on higher side. MAX not showing the courtesy for giving a carry bag for goods they sell. They are charging for paper bags they supply with their matter printed. It's the responsibility of the seller to properly wrab the items sold and hand over to consumer

Pretty good collection for all age groups and they have dedicated range for kids too. Staff are really polite and friendly in listening to our needs and providing opt selections. Prices have gone a little higher but still budget friendly. I really wish they had improved in the quality also likewise. But the clothes really look fresh and hence no complaints. Have a parking facility in front and well as underground also for few vehicles.

Good quality products. I always buy t shirts for regular use from Max. Pricing is somewhat high like starting 299.But this will last for a long time.

Excellent Dress collections... Especially ladies wears... Gents collection is ok..

A good place for shopping clothes. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I had a great experience- bought some shirts from trissur but as the size did not fit well, I had to have it exchanged from Palakkad Max. The staff took the extra care to have it exchanged inspite of the two Max being of different franchises. He had some technical issues which he absorbed on himself so as to give me the proper size.

Overall good experience.. staffs are really nice n polite... But girls clothing had less varieties compared to others... Otherwise a good experience

Good collection and quality clothing. The restroom was not good. The restroom/toilet in the store was not looking good. It was clean, but the mop was kept near the washbasin, and there was no hand soap in the wash basin.

There is a need to improve the MAX products in order to offer better quality to the customers and to teach the security officers how to behave politely to customers. The customer service of the employees is excellent.

Another great spot for shopping at Palakkad. You can also find soft toys, handbags, and even footwears under same roof.
