Very good restaurant Pros 1. Tasty food. North indian cuisine. Variety dishes 2. Ambience is good. Calm and silent restaurant. Not much crowed or famous in city. 3. Delivery is fast. Staff behavior is polite. 4. Bathrooms are excellent very neat and clean. Haven't seen a good one nearby restaurant Cons 1. Design of restaurant is very bad. Amazingly how bad it is designed. Not customer friendly esp old age people and kids. 2. Those staircase will make your spine chill. Who in the hell make such a steep and narrow staircase. No wonder nobody is visiting this place twice. Dude you need to plan a better idea 3. Price is little over. No need to charge this much amount for dishes. They can reduce easily the rate about 10-20% without profit loss. If they continue this way we will wait how long they will last.

The staircase is steep, difficult for the elderly to get up to the restaurant. Hygiene 3/5. The wash area could be better. Serving utensils are worn out and old, and new ones will improve the outlook. Parking- Average. Maybe 3 cars can be parked at the same time. One of the new restaurant in town which had little variety in their menu.Place was not so crowded. Seating arrangement was decent. We had tried mughalai chicken biriyani. Spicy chicken tikka, chicken tikka paratha, beef kabab.All the items were good,and definitely a good place for the person looking for a new taste and menu in town.

Good ambience and friendly staff, but the food was both costly and not up to the authentic taste we had expected having eaten from similar themed restaurants. Was comparatively less crowded.

The franchise is new in town and just picking up its crowd. The place has a normal ambiance found in almost all good restaurants. The menu has some varieties but some items not available as of now. Seating is fairly limited. I had a Chicken Kebab & Tikka platter and I have to say that it was just Superb. Every dish had its own unique identity & the flavours were on point. The platter was filling for two and came with rumali rotties which was also Excellent. Overall no complaints on quantity or quality. The price is on the higher side when compared to the restaurants nearby but none of them serves the quality or varieties served at this place. Overall, I had great food and a good experience ...

The ambience is such that one can easily forget that they are siting at a restaurant in Ottapalam. Unique food varieties. Have never tasted a burger so soft. ❤️ Very attentive service. A must try place in Ottapalam. The right side corner table is the best place to absorb the overall vibes. The stickynotes are a bonus among the other. It really helped making the right choice. Aside all this one thing that troubled me is the ketchup packets. Since i needed a lot of ketchup with the kind of food i ordered. It was a real struggle to open up those packets each time.😅

Pretty decent kebab and tikka rolls. Can't say the best. Yaghma kebab serves better rolls than Saleem Javed. Saleem Javed serves one of the worst Shahi tukda. As I asked is this how you serve Shahi tukda the waiter said this is the Shahi tukda served by our chef... The worst tukda ever
