Room is good. Lot of investment made but room walls are of pure white color, thereby, lost rich look. Otherwise, it should be excellent. Service is good. Non availability of Ceiling fan, exhaust fan in wash room need attention. Restaurant attached. Food quality ok, need improvement.

The best hotel in Palakkad .... I really like this place 🤠 .. One day night the AC was not proper in our room the staffs immediately changes us to the 3 Rd floor great service and the complementary breakfast is also great ..

Upmarket resort with some of the best interior designs I've seen. They don't cater for smoking or allow alcohol on premises. A great place for families none the less.

This review is only for Aadhi Bhavan (Anna Lakshmi Grand) hotel in Four N Square Residency. My very first one star review... That too without tasting the food there... My colleagues & I went to the hotel in the afternoon hearing good reviews. The place was full but not crowded so we searched for seats. We found a table but as soon as we were about to sit the waiter arrived and informed us that there are people already waiting for that table and that we may wait in the lounge till another table clears. We moved to the lounge at the entrance of the hotel and waited for our turn. We even informed the reception lady that we were waiting for a table. We saw people coming to the hotel getting greeted by the waiters at the entrance & they were taken to tables "reserved" for them. I was curious and asked the reception lady that if there was any system in place to reserve table through phone or even in person but she informed that it was not the practice there and she herself went inside for a table for us. She quickly returned and informed us that our table was ready. Starving, we went inside only to find a waiter seating somebody else at that table. The waiters were reserving seats for regular customers it seems (may be for better tips or loyalty) and since it was our first time, they didn't care much for us. We had a chat with the manager who offered to move the already seated customer for us (a pathetic move). We left the place with the bitter experience and empty stomachs. My rating is for the customer service... For rating of food, you need somebody who is a regular there I suppose....

First found this hotel when looking for the restaurant Annalakshmi Grand. The restaurant has been renamed Aadhi Bhavan. The food is pure veg and quite good. When we were told the hotel was recently opened, took the opportunity to check the rooms and rates. The rooms aren't too big, but they're spacious enough, clean and each room has it's own heater so there's hot water 24/7. The staff are nice, speak English well and accommodate last minute requests to the best of their ability. The atmosphere is quiet and the beds are good. It's easy to get a good night's sleep. I only spent a night there but that was perfect for me. There's underground parking for guest cars and also an above ground lot that's mostly for the restaurant crowd. If you have a large vehicle, I highly recommend parking in the lot first and checking if the below ground can take your vehicle. It'll avoid any hassle as there's only one entrance to the underground parking. Hope this helps.

The food order using swiggy app was delivered partially. Even though the amount was fully deducted , the same was not sent from the hotel . Very unprofessional

It is a clean lodging house with a vegetarian Restuarent. No value for the money that is being charged for bed and breakfast. Breakfast served after 8 am , not convenient for long distance travellers looking for an overnight stay

They know how to take “reservation” but I don’t think they know how to hold the reservation..and that’s the most important part. if they did, I’d have my rooms 😅. Informed me just a week before I needed them. But good rooms and food. I booked 13 rooms and got 8 🤩

The Stadium Bye pass road on which this hotel is situated, has a chain of shops ( KFC, Pizza Hut, Thalapakkatti Biriyani, Ibaco to name a few ) The Hotel also houses a Veg Restaurant (Aadhi Bhavan) which serves authentic south indian and north indian veg delicacies. Look no further if you are planning on a Palakkad stay or stop-over.

Rooms were well maintained with all the required amenities. Staff was courteous and service was prompt. Restaurant food was good though little expensive. Overall experience was good.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel.The rooms were well maintained and had all the basic amenities.The staff was very courteous and helpful.The only change that I would like to suggest is each deluxe room should have a ceiling fan as well. An added advantage of this hotel is the attached pure veg restaurant and bakery. The hotel is located in prime area.Its close to stadium bus stand and it's convenient to get cab or autos from there.
