Hospital is quite neat and clean.. It is like other private hospital. Little bit crowed as we know Govt hospitals are always crowed.. From April 2021 onwards, OPD appointment will be online. One has to take appointment online.. Hospital is being renovated. New buildings are being constructed.. Entry to hospital has been diverted to back side.. Delhi government is doing well in terms of health care as well.. All medicine and test are available at free of cost. Anyone can go and get treatment. Overall it is very good hospital as compared to other state's govt hospital what I have seen. Hospital is specialise for child care and females. For other treatment you need to vist near by hospital "Deen Dayal Upadhyay".

The OPD timings of the hospital are 8 AM to 12 Noon. But that does not mean if you reach by 11 45 AM you will be able to meet the doctor, the registration desk opens at 7 AM and they take at most 200 registrations, in most cases the registration desk closes before the OPD starts so if you are looking forward for an OPD consultation in this hospital reach between 7-7:30 AM. The only reason i am giving it 2 stars is because of the free medicines. Delhi govt. might be distributing freebies in order to grab votes but you will realize the reality once you try to avail them, because even the freebies are inaccessible.

Gynecologist female doctor and staff of Dada Dev Hospital very rude and dirty behave .. Patients don't even ask what happens to you.. aapni presani bataye.. they don't care.. just take their OPD card and then fill it .. you can go .. if you should ask patients ... even if someone is making it, then they are behaving so rudely. If you're looking this hospital for COVID-19 vaccination, then be tuned ........ This hospital vaccinating people with Covishield vaccine ( till now). you may easily approach this place with even car as it is present on the main dabri road near metro station. I went their for my parents to get vaccinated, at that time people there hadn't maintained physical distancing(social distancing). I'd seen clashes between public as they got frustrated ,since no number slips were distributed and some people were joining the queue in between, after that incident they distributed the number slips. There are two different queues for vaccination and remain usually rushed up till 3:00 PM. Staffs aren't much helping,I felt so. Proper covered roof area ,fans and chairs at some places. One of the worst hospital I hv seen in my life . inefficient stafs ,3rd class facilities, doctors are not patient friendly, Even hospitals guard and nurses think they are doctors they advise u like senior doctors who hv many years experience,nurses have nothing to do with patients. All stafs are rude I hv very bad experience in this hospital so personally I advise people must prefer other hospital than this other .one thing I noted they are demanding blood with every patient even patient hav sufficient Hb.level i don't know why this happens so I request hospital authority to look into this matter because this will hamper the hospital reputation and people must aware about this . In side the labour room nurses are busy in their phone .rest assured......

Staff and doctors very rude and they never provide complete information what you have to do next, they keep you on confuse always, i had very bad experiance even i had given written complain.

The staff of Dada Dev Hospital is very dirty and the staff of the labor room is very rude. Without understanding the condition of the pregnant women who came there, he treats them like animals.These people do not understand anyone's pain. treat them like animals Staff behaviour is very rude and unjustified. They do not need to be so bad mouthed. Instead of helping patients, they are busy arguing and showing their unwanted ego.

My one month has been done.. My wife suffering from pain in every day.... Now we are doing treating from private hospital... And some of staff doesn't have etiquette... I would like to thank each and everyone who involved in this system like security guard, nursing staff, Doctors, all are pretty good. Nice hospital with clean environment. I would suggest one thing that please arrange any space for the waiting in night time. It's too difficult to wait outside the emergency gate in night time. Other wise everything was fine.

My son with his wife visited the hospital due to medical need to his wife but hospital refuse to attend patient directly and inform bring refer from dispensary ect. It show inefficency of hospital management as well government. Concern take immediate corrective steps.

Dada Dev hospital There is a government hospital and Delhi government has improved its service a lot, but it needs to pay attention mainly to the behavior of its staff, specially ladies doctors who don't even talk to the patient properly and don't even guide about the prescription properly. It seems that the hospital belongs to his father and we cannot go inside, otherwise he would have told that he is a servant of the hospital and not the owner. Specially gyanic doctor and staff.... But hospital management is too good where token system and online appointment is very effective

An old lady at Immunisation room of new OPD counters is very worst and not changing person. She daily follows her old sick mindset work don’t work and asking the assistant not work. She wastes daily 2 hours of morning by sitting inside. Even in this extreme cold, babies are crying and mothers are trembling but she is sitting inside keeping the heater on. When you will ask, she says she arranging the vaccines, arraying, diluting blah blah.

Today I went to Dada Dev Hospital to get my covid test,The staff had a very casual approach and at the same time they made wrong entries in the register as well as in the application,On which I told him that madam you are making a wrong entry but he told me on the contrary that you have given the wrong detail.

Appointment confirmed but 4 , 5,6 sites are close in Dada dev hospital vaccination 4,5,6 in 1,2,3 in sites so much crowed ...no one lisning All vaccination doors close

I liked the cleanliness in the hospital which you do not expect from a government hospital, Doctors are also very good as they give proper time to listening to patients’ issues, unlike other government hospitals Doctors who are in a very hurry.
