I recently visited a Jimmy John's and was extremely disappointed by the attitude of the staff. Instead of the usual friendly and efficient service I expect, I was met with a group of seemingly disinterested teenagers who appeared to prioritize being 'cool' over customer service. The rudeness and lack of respect were palpable. Perhaps an ethics class would be more beneficial to them than a paycheck.

terrible atmosphere. sticky floors. dirty tables. i came in once at 8:15 when they close at 9. a teenage boy screamed at the top of his lungs, (i could hear him screaming from outside) all the other kids laughed. he was mad i was there 45 minutes before closing. which is just pathetic. the kids who work there should be first off FIRED. they should be embarrassed they treat customers like trash. if making sandwiches is too hard for you, i literally have no words. i have not been back since and will never be. this used to be where everyone went and now no one goes there cuz these teenage boys behavior is disgusting. i reported the incident when it happened. i was told i would be contacted and never was. but there’s lots of reviews regarding these trashy teenage boys and clearly the owner doesn’t care. i’ve never been screamed at like that. it’s unacceptable. they want us to contact their customer service on our own time when it’s the owners job to manage this location…(i contacted customer service and they don’t respond)

Ordered a sandwich combo direct from the store, which is less than two miles from my home. This is the third time it’s taken an hour, and they always forget condiments. Jimmy John’s got me through college, great job. Worst franchise experience 3 strikes they’re out.

When I think of the name Vito, I no longer think of my old childhood friend from grade school. Now, I think of Jimmy John’s and one of my favorite sandwiches. Mmmmmmm, Vitooooo. I stopped by this particular location at 430pm on a Tuesday. I was the only customer at the time and the employees were kind and cordial. My sandwich was prepared fresh and tasted just as I had expected. Now I just wonder if those childhood memories of my friend Tom will soon be replaced by their Turkey Tom sandwich.?. Only time will tell....

Having studied at EIU in 1982, where the first ever Jimmy John's was built, Jimmy John's is a special place for me. This particular Jimmy John's is a very good one. These guys were very patient with us, answering all of our questions. They were a happy bunch, and we will be back soon, for sure. Oh, did I mention that the food was great? We like this place.we

I do not know the man that makes my sandwich, but every time I order online and go and get it, if it’s not ready, the absolute superb gentleman let’s me know that he is making it now. This worker is truly a gift from the lord, he makes my BLT perfectly and I don’t think there is a single soul that could do it better than this man!! Thank you sir for making my sand-which delicious!!

Nice place, a bit pricey. Overall a solid 3 for quick sandwiches. I do recommend the brownies over the cookies.

Some dogs started barking at me through the windows when I walked by. They should focus more on trying not to be stuck working in a jimmy johns for the rest of their life.
