I
came
in
for
a
new
patient
visit
after
moving
to
the
area
and
noticing
a
cavity
on
my
tooth.
I
came
because
of
the
great
reviews.
They
started
with
X-rays
and
then
an
exam
and
both
the
Dr.
and
the
assistant
didn't
see
the
cavity
until
I
pointed
it
out.
Then
they
agreed
there
was
a
cavity.
They
presented
me
a
treatment
plan
for
a
filling
and
cleaning
(which
they
coded
incorrectly).
This
treatment
plan
included
X-rays
already
performed
that
my
insurance
would
not
cover
and
they
would
be
charging
me
for.
You
should
not
perform
any
service
for
a
fee
without
consent
from
the
patient
prior.
Why
else
do
you
have
a
treatment
plan
for
the
patient
to
sign
consenting
to
fees?
The
treatment
plan
is
used
for
consent
to
treatment.
I
never
consented
to
the
treatment
being
charged.
You
presented
consent
after
performing
services.
The
Dr.
then
seemed
unable
to
explain
their
insurance
billing
or
the
lack
of
communication
about
fee'd
services.
She
even
seemed
unsure
of
her
ability
to
do
a
small
filling
without
Novocaine.
One
she
could
barely
see.
I
decided
to
leave
without
receiving
services
and
was
told
she
wouldn't
be
billing
me
or
insurance.
Personally,
an
all
around
horrible
time.
