I love Publix in Palatka I have been going to that store for over 30 years every time I've entered that store it has been very clean very organized and the customer service there is excellent there's always somebody there to help you ask you is there anything that you wanted that you didn't find their Bakery and Deli have the best freshest food however bought in a grocery store I would recommend Publix for everybody shopping convenience

I just want to say how happy it makes me when I see cashier David. He truly cares about the customer service he provides. I always leave with a warm heart and big smile when he is my cashier. He makes shopping a pleasure. 💙

The store is clean, friendly workers, the lines are reasonably fast, nice deli, and there pastries are excellent. 4/5 stars because the parking lot is a bit cramped, it's easy to bump into another car. If you park further away from the store you should be fine.

All produce is rotten or about to be. The produce department leaves out rotten food spreading the problem. They over charge on some items incredibly. What others charge 8.99 for publix think it deserves 12.99. Stock is never rotated and only faced so products in back are old and nasty. Their "Plum tomatoes" are roma tomatoes with a mark up of 2x of what normal romas cost. Dont trust me see for yourself.

I love all Publix stores. They are always clean and the employees are always friendly and courteous. This store is no exception. It's truly nice.

The store was clean with easy navigation through the aisles. Some of the fresh vegetables were old and wilted. Prices were quite a bit higher than other area supermarkets. Customer service was terrible and lied in response to a question asked. This was my first visit and do not plan to return. Overall, they get a D-

The managers act like children and corporate is to dumb to get rid of those non compos mentis. Too bad they get paid like children because their behavior shows it. Not professional just sad adults that's barely getting by on kid wages

Honestly use to love shopping here but after the last 2 days I'm over management the associate are awesome but management has a serious lack of care for customers they refuse to honor their own policy even when the corporate office had made it clear what the policy says does not give customers a call back when they're suppose to honestly need new managers who actually care

We mainly go to Publix for their fried chicken once in awhile as a treat. We also go there to get fresh fruit. Best place in palatka to get fresh fruit.

Not a great Publix.... There produce and vegetables are not great. I buy lots of fruit and vegetables every week and sadly the Walmart down the street takes better care of their produce and it's less expensive. Very dissatisfied.....it's supposed to be better and it is more expensive so I will shop elsewhere.

Publix is 1 of the top grocery stores in Northern Florida. I have not been in Southern Florida in over 20 years. So I don't know if they have them down South. I highly recommend that if you are looking for food, you can't find anywhere else, Publix is it!

Don't order online between 12 and 1 they will not make your food until a hour after it was supposed to be made. It's like we were punished for ordering online. We got inline and waiting after being there for 30 minutes got our sandwiches ordered the guy ripped some of my bread and threw it away?? Why?? Very strange the guy making to go orders did not seem to have a worry in the day as he made our sandwiches all wrong as we watched while waiting in line. 12 to 1 is very very busy and I get that but why say you can make a sandwich in a certain time if that's not the reality just say it's gonna be a hour wait for online orders. Horrible and very strange to say the least

5/3/22 3rd in line at Deli for a pub sub at 3pm on a Tuesday. Waited over 30 min and ended up leaving when I realized that I wasn’t going to get a sandwich anytime soon. Some of the most careless non urgent slow sandwich making I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s a good thing I’m not a manager here or these sorry employees would be gone.

Publix is ALWAYS my 1st choice for groceries! I clip digital coupons, joined the Publix Club for additional savings and then the, two for one in-store specials are GREAT! The Deli Section offers, Pub Subs...YUMMM You can call ahead to ask the Bakery to bake a special bread that you like... The employees are always helpful & happy. The store is always clean & well stocked! You CANNOT go wrong shopping at Publix!

Had a bad experience with an employee throwing a sandwich together very sloppy. Management standing right there watching and did nothing until I spoke up. He came and redid sandwiches after I spoke up. Attempted to go back several weeks later and realized nothing changed. Waited over 30 mins with only 2 people ahead of me. One person making sandwiches VERY slow while the same manager from the previous time stood there seeing the line getting longer and longer on peoples lunch hour. I don’t remember his name, Bald middle aged white man. We will go elsewhere from now on. Too many other sandwich places around.

I usually love Publix and have no issues. But I was disappointed when I showed the baker these pumpkin cookies (that were crumbled & destroyed) and asked if there were anymore. He acted as if he couldn't be bothered & responded that's all we have today. He left the cookies on the counter and continued to work on something else. I had to search and luckily found another table of them. I finally found some myself. Bad customer service!

I did a curbside pick up order for the first time today. I was nervous because my mom agreed to pick it up for me. It was so amazing, I was able to put in her name and phone number as person picking it up and she got a link to follow when she arrived. An attendant came out promptly and loaded it all into her car. Very happy with this sevice!

I was at this Publix location between 7-8PM tonight. I was waiting on my wife to complete some shopping, and noticed a young man retrieving shopping carts from the parking area. He was without a doubt the most dedicated and energetic person that I have ever witnessed. I spoke with him and told him that he had more hustle than anyone I had seen. He informed me that this was his 9th Anniversary with this location .He should be commended for the exceptional job that he does. So refreshing to meet someone like him.

Everyone is so helpful. Store is clean and everything is well priced. Everything was fabulous. However I can’t give them five stars because of this reason and only this reason. I own a small public charity, I am disabled using electric buggy. I can’t go in and buy ten turkeys to give away. One deal (limit 2) per person. So I have to get four other people to go with me each time I want to get more turkeys. No one tried to help figure out a solution nor did they offer. Only one loosing is the little guys.

Got boars head roast beef. It was good but the deli is so slow even when it's not busy. Deli worker moving at a very slow pace was nice but slow.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Great selection of items. My only qualm with this particular location is the produce freshness. Not the first time, but I bought two bags of honey crisp apples last night, and I had to throw half of them away due to them already being rotten and starting to leak. They were $6.99 a bag, and I felt like I was throwing money in the garbage. Prices went up, quality went down. I'd maybe shop elsewhere for produce.

Everytime I shop there employees follow me around like I'm a thief I'm 56 years old and a navy veteran and a stroke victim and I always have on a suit and tie because I'm leaving church I guess the only thing that matters is that I'm a black man

It was horrible. The deli is rude they ignore customers. I asked the guy for baby Swiss bh cheese paper thin he gave me a half pound sliced very thick I said keep it. They really need to replace or give those people some training on customer service.

The employees are nice, but the wait at the hot food and sub case takes forever. I only had 2 people infront of me to get a sub and I was on my lunch break, which is only 30 mins. I ended up leaving the sub line after waiting 10 minutes and then I waited at the front of the hot food case for about 5 minutes before anyone greeted me. The guy who helped, I forgot his name, but once he started helping me he was super helpful and polite.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Great selection of items. The Bakery and their birthday cakes, simply awesome. I insist on getting all my birthday cakes at Publix. They are moist, flavorful and nicely crafted. My only gripe... because of high inflation. Some groceries can be a little pricey when they shouldn't be.

Fantastic store. Employees are so very nice and always greet you with a smile and the store is super clean. It is a real pleasure to shop there! Also the subs I get are really great and Vincent always makes my sub perfect.

Since I'm new to Publix Super Markets I only have one location to compare it to(Middleburg). The Palatka location has the same great selections to pick from and very friendly and helpful employees and amazing buy one get one free deals....but they could seriously improve on cleaning up the dirty floors. The first impression I had upon entering was NOT good...dirty floors. This is an easy fix!!

Almost all workers wore masks, produce man had his around his neck, not good. I usually drive to Gainesville for a Publix, I will return to Palatka. Thanks for a clean store.

The bakery did an outstanding job on the carriage cake I ordered for my nieces baby shower! The cake was absolutely gorgeous! The colors were perfectly matched to the colors we provided and it was iced flawlessly. My niece took at least 20 pictures of the cake and she cried when she saw it for the first time.

Nice Publix, but I was disappointed with the deli. I wanted something to eat from the prepared food. It was 6:45 and they were out of most of the side dishes with no plans to make more. I am not sure what time they ran out of them, but that is to early to stop making food.

It was easy finding most things we needed and everyone greated us with smiles. When we couldn't find something. All we had to do was ask an employee and they didn't point. They took us right to it. Checkout was also easy and all items were well bagged. The guy bagging went with us to make sure we got it loaded.

Everyone was wearing a mask. Shoppers seem to stay away from each other. As always the cashier and bagger were helpful and friendly. There were no rotisserie chickens, but it was Sunday afternoon.

There were people with no mask on and there were two different ones with masked on they had their kids in the buggy no masks on at all though we had to wear a mask in the store I guess next time not going to wear mind

This is the worst publix I ever been to, every time I order an online sub I pre pay so its ready for the time they tell me its going to be ready. I usually always end up waiting anyways but today I waited 40 mins for my sub to be done and when I asked after the first 20 mins they said they were going to make it. Let me remind you I only ordered 2 subs. After 40 mins I went to the front desk to complain, they got a manager he called over to the deli so I walked over to the deli and the deli manager handed me my subs. Not one manager said sorry about that. The only one who said sorry was the girl working at the help center desk. I usually love publix but deff not this one.
