Located on the main road. Has parking for 6-7 cars plus a lot more on the side as it is part of a big food complex. Seating inside for more than 50 people. They carry the McCafe brand here as well. Food and service is typical McDonald's quality.

Nice place. Service could be bit faster they have introduced new summer drinks but did not like the taste. I also would want them to check if the person wants ice or no. Got a brain freeze😁. Love the chicken strips and fries. All time favorites. Their Mcspicy burger is also really nice. They have Classic Cheesy Fries and Salsa Cheesy Fries

Standard McDonald set up at this branch of Palavakkiam on ECR, on the main road itself. Spacious and with good seating capacity it serves the locals as well as travellers on this road. It's mostly busy as there are plenty of shops on both sides of road. Ambience is good and service is ok. You get regular Pizzas, Burgers, French Fries veg and Non veg items. Rates as usual is at par with US rates and so dear!Service is fast. Space available for small parties. Wheelchair friendly ramp available for needy for entry and dining. High stools are there for those who want it. Space available for Parking. Accepts cash, cards and digital means. Go and have fun!

Good to spend some time. Adequate parking facility. The place is quite clean. The cashier was so kind he gifted a balloon 🎈 to my kid. The food was good. Not so crowded. Good to visit.

Worst Experience ever in McDonald's. I didn't know what the hell is happening with McDonald's. We went for around 3 McDonald's outlets,to order through App .But, everywhere they are saying App is not working and not working. Then why the hell , McDonald's is offering offers through the Apps and sending Notifications..

This one is the best outlet of all McDonald's outlets in chennai. Their interiors and ambience are really good and their customer service do needs a special mention. They have also kept this small electronic kiosks in the outlet where we can choose and pay at our convenience. This makes our visit even more delight. Best place to rest in after visiting the beach.

We dined in for dinner . The burger was good. But the wrap was disappointing . Chicken wrap wasn't nice . They have introduced vending machine where you can order.

A good place to have burger and it's served fast .A relaxation place to be with friends. All varieties are available in veg and nonveg of wrap and fries . additionally they give mccoffee in medium meals .

Ambiance good. Staff good. Burger good. Fries and Drinks, I personally didn't like it. Could use a bit more space... prime spot is blocked off for birthday celebrations which makes the space look a bit small but has enough seats for everyone. Display screens to order your food, which makes it simpler for everyone and saves a ton of time.

As usual French fries were excellent. Chicken nuggets was not to their usual taste. It tasted very bland

Good place to visit with kids. Good quality burgers. MC Spicy Chicken is enjoyable and really spicy. Happy meal now comes with Sweet Corn.

Currently only doing take away, (9th May 2020). Good service, sanitation and staff are friendly and helpful. Not crowded.

Covid precautions followed- mask, social distancing, temperature check and sanitizers. An elaborate spacing with a specific room for kids birthday party is available. Staff were really helpful and cooperative. A self service kiosk is also present at the entrance, encouraging contact less transactions. The place was neatly maintained and the food was delicious!

Great ambiance, Friendly staffs, Neat and clean environment, Serving is Good, McD dishes and drinks are nice and tastes good, Great place to hangout with friends, Colleagues, family get together et all.. Overall experience is Great!!

I’ve now visited this about 20 times as I need to drive past it to take my sons for their gymnastics class. We’d love to eat there often as the egg and muffin (no longer on the menu) was a great breakfast choice right after their session. It’s becoming a frustrating experience though as (1) it’s supposed to open at 10am but even when we visit at 10:45am the staff is cleaning and says they don’t know when they’ll properly open. If you’re lucky they’ll let you in at that time and take your order. (2) service is super slow - about 20mins for just 1 burger. The staff are pleasant but overall I get the sense there are no basic rules followed here. It’s a shame as with some discipline this could be a good and regular experience for us.

Nice place to hangout. Employees are friendly and having great fun amongst themselves (to some extent have open friendly fights infront of customers).. Toilet area was to big to use for one person at a time which could be divided as urinal and latrine.

Worst customer service. Ever. The McCafe team works as though there's nobody in the cafe. Had to wait 15 minutes for a little hot chocolate only to find out they hadn't even started preparing it. This has happened earlier too. I don't know how the drinks are always ignored literally?

It's really the worst experience. I have ordered the chick burger meal, berry lemonade splash and Fried chicken. The berry lemonade was really bad and it tasted like normal fruit water. The fried chicken was really worst and the really hard coated masala was just the worst one. McDonald's (palavakkam branch) must take a look at this.

Very clean ambience. Kids will enjoy custom order using the displays placed at self order counters. The staff is helpful. Nice place to spend time with family and friends.

Today we visited the outlet in palavakkam, Very worst customer service. There is only one person in the billing counter to take order. We have waited more than 30 minutes to get the food and that too it was not served in the table we went to the kitchen entrance and took the food. The people were interested in delivering to Zomato and swiggy person and dine in customer were not treated properly, if we ask also they are not answering anything just crossing the way such a worst service.

Great atmosphere in the evening, especially outside and inside. Car parking and bike parking available. Around 20 tables are available. Restroom also available. This store is handicap friendly. Mini party hall is available in pre booking condition. This store have 4 self booking and payment kiosk, also there are 2-3 functional manned counters. Order it pay it, take the token number, your order will arrive at the table. Overall great place to bring kids.

Chicken, nuggets, hot chocolate were good as usual. The service was also good. The restrooms were not clean.

This outlet has one of the best ambiences with a large space. It even has a separate cubicle kinda area for group meets and b'day celebrations. The service was amazingly fast. Hot and fresh. Worth it.

Great place, great ambiance, felt like I was some foreign outlet. The workers were friendly, polite and even served us at table. It has a self ordering kiosk and to my shock wireless chargers on tables. This place has a completely new menu and combos, so be sure to go through it once. My only complaint is that they didn't have any sodas when I went and had to go with milkshakes instead

I ordered from your place through swiggy. The chicken was black and stale . We informed the restaurant and they made a replacement. The chicken that we got back in the replacement was even worse. The insides of the chicken were completely black and they tasted bad. Completely dissatisfied with McDonald's ecr.

Worst ever delivery handling. They miss out on items, unapologetic during call and deliver the missed item hours after. It doesn't end there. While I shared exact location in detail AGAIN through map and text, they go stand at a random place. AGAIN, I had to share my address to them. If you r planning for dine in, good luck. Planning to order online. NEVER do that mistake

Very nice ambience and even outside you can enjoy see breeze. Good services by the staffs. Tasted their chicken and ice creams but kids still liked the 25 rs softy only. Though chicken is good for me children found it little spicy. Parking available and kids friendly.

Loved the ambiance. Food is always great at mac donalds! And the guy named GuDDu makes it even better! Lovely management friendly staff! Mr.guddu is makin d place top notch!

Place was really clean and followed covid protocols. Didn't have parking space, had to park on the side of the road. As usual, the food was amazing in McD, do pause on your long trip in ECR for a quick bite.

Quality was good as expected. Tastes also maintained as similar to other country. Nothing to complain so far.

After the lockdown, they have been regularly short staffed. Going to the restaurant directly and buying food, kills half our day. So I would suggest to use Swiggy or Zomato to avoid the crowded place and waiting in queue for hours together. The quality of food has been consistent. No complaints regarding that.

Pls don’t order in these counters( self service ) in this mcd. They won’t have half of items available. Don’t waste time on these. Go straight to the billing counters and place order! Food is good otherwise!
