Terrible
booking
experience.
I
had
booked
with
stay
almost
2
months
before
via
Make
my
Trip
and
during
the
booking
I
had
requested
for
an
early
checkin.
I
reached
the
Hotel
at
10am
(actual
checkin
time
was
12pm),
the
manager
told
me
that
they
do
not
have
rooms
available
and
cannot
provide
early
checkin
and
asked
me
to
wait
till
12pm.
Since
I
could
not
wait
for
2
hours
basis
my
schedule,
I
left
and
managed
to
refresh
at
my
friends
place
and
head
to
office
directly.
After
office
I
reached
the
hotel
by
10pm
and
requested
for
checkin
where
the
manager
made
me
wait
for
almost
15
minutes
(mentioned
he
was
busy).
Pos
which
when
I
again
reached
back
to
him,
he
said
there
are
no
rooms
available
to
provide.
I
asked
him
how
can
you
say
no
rooms
when
I
already
have
a
booking
and
the
booking
amount
was
also
payed
2
months
back.
Then
the
manager
said
since
I
left
without
informing
them
in
the
morning
they
assumed
that
I
will
not
come
back
and
hence
allocated
the
room
to
someone
else
(who
provided
more
money
compared
to
my
discounted
rate
which
I
got
via
online
offers).
I
asked
him
how
can
you
reallocate
my
room
to
another
even
without
checking
with
me
over
Mob?
He
started
to
be
rude
and
said
I
can't
help
any
longer,
and
asked
me
to
register
a
complaint
if
I
wanted.
Post
an
argument
for
almost
20
minutes
he
then
arranged
a
room
for
me
in
another
hotel.
Highly
disappointed
!
