Terrible booking experience. I had booked with stay almost 2 months before via Make my Trip and during the booking I had requested for an early checkin. I reached the Hotel at 10am (actual checkin time was 12pm), the manager told me that they do not have rooms available and cannot provide early checkin and asked me to wait till 12pm. Since I could not wait for 2 hours basis my schedule, I left and managed to refresh at my friends place and head to office directly. After office I reached the hotel by 10pm and requested for checkin where the manager made me wait for almost 15 minutes (mentioned he was busy). Pos which when I again reached back to him, he said there are no rooms available to provide. I asked him how can you say no rooms when I already have a booking and the booking amount was also payed 2 months back. Then the manager said since I left without informing them in the morning they assumed that I will not come back and hence allocated the room to someone else (who provided more money compared to my discounted rate which I got via online offers). I asked him how can you reallocate my room to another even without checking with me over Mob? He started to be rude and said I can't help any longer, and asked me to register a complaint if I wanted. Post an argument for almost 20 minutes he then arranged a room for me in another hotel. Highly disappointed !

Rooms are too dirty and like old 3Rd class lodge. Not even providing complimentary water bottle and nothing kit. Not even recommended for good family.

It was a very very sweet experience!! The rooms are very good. Excellent services provided. The manager Raj is an excellent host giving a very friendly vibe. Would recommend this place!! Thanks Raj for all the support during my stay :)

Rooms and ambiance was okay but needs mosquito treatment. Maintenance of washrooms and appliences are not there. So, while selecting the room need to check all those in well working condition. No room service number, need search for the person who can solve your problem everytime.

Worst hotel !! Not even offering laundry and worst food in complementary,and owner don't have an manners to behave with the customers the one who is in their rooms( everytime argue with the customers for their complains instead of resolving the issue ) !! I strictly Suggest uh that don't visit to this location in any situation!!

I'm from LTTS family, I was live there almost 36 days and It was amazing experience with Orange Inn, I feel great to stay here. One guys there his name Raju he is very helpful and friendly person in hotel and the service provide by hotel is very good the room cleaning, Food, Water etc Overall it was great experience in Orange Inn 😍

In this hotel, we had 25th anniversary for my parents Raj bro really supported us throughout our function great thanks to him .. Ambient was really good. Very authentic Tamil Nadu style food was served. Tasty good. Quality is really good but quantitywise not satisfied. Worth for money spent.

I rated one star for this hotel for many reason but this hotel is not even worth one star rating. 1st the lift won't work you have to climb 3 - 4 floor in stairs only. 2nd they wont give water in room we have to buy from outside only. 3rd In ac room ac won't work but they will charge for ac room. 4th mrng brakefast they wont give. 5th most of the time there wont be hot water for taking bath you have to use only normal water the will be very chill. 6th some time when you use toilet that time water wont come in tap.7th mosquitoes will be more you can't sleep in night there is chance that we can get dengue malaria etc. 8th night many time power cut there is no proper generater support or no inverter for fan you have sleep without fan in power cut.I have complained about this to the manager frequently but not rectified he told he told to owner but owner said this can't be corrected i have to adjust. Then I talked to the owner directly didn't respond properly and spoke harshly told for the money you gave giving this itself to much he told. I kindly suggest not to chose this hotel for stay. If you chose to stay you have to go through the bad memories I have gone through.

On 23rd I was cheated, booked a room at this hotel through agoda and paid upfront an amount of Rs.1525/- when I reached the hotel, hotel reception boy said that they do not have any tie up with agoda....their owner Giri spoke to me over phone and said same thing...there is no customer care number of agoda either...jointly they have cheated me and still not returned my money

The room was good. Breakfast spread is simple. Food is not available at other times. It is also tough to get food nearby, be prepared. Works well for professionals who want to grab a quick bite in the morning and go to office.

Extremely happy to stay at Hotel Orange Inn...This is the best hotel available at reasonable rates in the locality especially for the north states people and outsiders...The manager's behavior is very good too..The food of the hotel is especially good..even better than any 7 star restaurant...overall a very nice experience.

They first confirmed my booking and when I reached the place with all my luggage they said that rooms are not available. Unprofessional behavior by the staff. It is because of hotels like these the Chennai experience is bad for most people.

Orange Inn Giri garu are of great valued person and possses awesome hospitality skills and own there guests. Manager Raju is too friendly and take cares all the needs with a great sense of humor and smile 😃 Definitely a worth stay place in decent budget

I am sure if the positive reviews above are genuine, but my stay was terrible experience. The stinky smell starts from the reception / hallway, lifts, corridor and the worst are the rooms and toilets. The bed and pillow have many bugs, stained sheets and blanket. The towels are as old as the hotel torn and dirty. Walls are coated with thin layer of fungus . Zero in room service( in spite of confirming prior booking). The fun part is the whole payment to be done on day one at checking itself so that customer cannot leave. Complimentary breakfast and the dinning is a disaster, food safety and hygiene are questionable. Definitely not a worthy place for family trip / vacation/ pleasant stay. Hope this place will develop a lot on all aspects.
