Yeah definitely an excellent place to purchase all the sports goods. But I faced an insult while shopping. I asked the price for a cycling glass by showing the material. But he replied to the price of the product and snatched it from my hands and put it back on the shelf without asking if you are interested in this product or not. That's not an approach you show to a customer. Worst response I got from that person. A behavioural program should be recommended for that person. It's been three weeks, still I am remembering the same moment again and again.

Great place for sports items shopping. My son was asking for skating shoes, so we went there. Good varieties are there in all the items. We bought foot ball, cricket bat, ball, shuttle bat, skating shoes, sweat shirt, water bottles. It was unexpected but good shopping. Happy with the shopping as my son started playing with all these stuffs. Apart from that u can try few things even if u don’t buy like table tennis, carrom, cycling etc. parking was big and convenient. one suggestion is to have white cricket ball for purchase as it was not there. Also give thick bags to take things home.

It's been just 6 months since i bought "Women's Hiking Sandal NH100 - Grey Pink".. Now the bottom is completely torn & came seperately.. I'm using the same model since last 5 years... Previous one i used regularly for more than 4 years no such issues.. This time I'm completely disappointed with the quality of the product.. comparitively lesser usage when compared to the previous one... Totally disappointed... Bought from Perungudi- OMR outlet... Need replacement for the same..

Located on the OMR, accessible easily. Collection was good and store had a good general outlook. In store staff were helpful and were able to push through billing and other queries. The parking was free and that's fabulous, more stores should follow suit. The security staff does not speak the local language or English. There is also the additional bag check at the security when you exit post billing which is irritating. While I understand that this may be done to deter theft, it's an unpleasant experience overall.

Decathlon products are very poor quality. It's all Chinese product use and throw. Nothing is worth for the price. Also, their customer care and services are terribly bad. The sales personnel in the Decathlon are college doing spots person. Though they are sports personal, their knowledge on the equipment what they have is poor or nil. I bought a cycle from Decathlon, which cost around 18K. I use it very occasionally, especially in the weekend (Saturday only) for a ride in ECR. Within 3 months, the gear gone, break gone. When I approach the store, the guys who handling the cycle repair have no idea about how to fix it. He just clean it and delivered in the same day, but the problem was not resolved. The place is not worth for the money. Also, their customer care needs to be improved a lot. Better decathlon can find good employees who really know about the repair and usage of the equipment instead of these 'hi Bro' college boys.
