Very poor experience. Employees in this branch don't know how to put tempered glass and don't know whether they have the option for tempered glass nor protection cover for the phone. We had been waiting more than 1.5hrs and not even a person taking responsibility for this delay. As a trusted customer I worried about my future purchases from Poorvika showrooms. This is a spot review as my spouse is experiencing now at the store.

Yesterday I was shopping in Palavakkam Poorvika. I spent three hours. There was air conditioner. The AC was turned on, but did not work. Why ?? My body was sweating. My dress was soaking wet all over. When asked by the manager, he said the problem has been there for the past one month. Who is the Area Manager of Poorvika Palavakkam? What are you doing, Area Manager? Why is this problem still unresolved? Why not take action? This is not the time for an epidemic and no government says not to use air conditioner. I think Palavakkam Poorvika focuses only on sales without focusing on customer satisfaction and environment. The shop inside was very hot compared to the outside environment. Do not open the store if the AC is not repaired. If not, I will take action. But the customer service was good and the behavior of the staff was very good. If this is the case for the customer, how much will everyday workers be affected?

This shop is absolute fraud. Mr. Sathish, the store manger sold me a Samsung device saying that he will produce the bill later. It has been 70 days since the purchase, i have received no bills. Soon as we entered, there was no AC or fan. On questioning, a guy was shouting at his peer as to why the ticket wasn't resolved. There were 10 staff, 2 customers including me and nobody cared to help. One person who was willing to attend didn't want to come out of his counter and he kept calling me to the counter to calculate the discount instead of approaching the customer. This guy was challenging me when I apprised him of the offer I received in another Poorvika outlet a day before. He was doing so in a mocking way. Had to leave this place. Please avoid this outlet at all cost. I've been to smaller outlets and one in Bangalore where I bought my current phone. They were all good except this outlet.
