    Very worst service,,, my brother car grand i10 , for having gear shifting problem...first they took nearly 45 days for solving , 2nd time same issue within 3 months of first time they took .... Stil they dint return the car..

    I was totally disappointed with this service center. Last week i met an accident so i informed on the spot to the service center. So they asked me to submit the insurance copy ,rc book , aadhar , pan . So i submitted the copies and handovered the car with the FUEL . Then i got call from the insurance company. We will not claim multiple damages. But i had taken bumper to bumper insurance.. they said left side we will repair completely. But they changed rear left door and they repaired front left door . They dint repair yhe scratch in the left side in the rear side which is upside to the left rear tyre. They delivered the vehicle without fuel at evening 6.30pm ....driver called me and asked me to pay the money for fuel... i said i had leave the vehicle with fuel.. bt he delivered the vehicle without fuel and he gave 300 rupees to me to refill the fuel . So i started to the feul bank to refill at 6.30pm ... while going itself car got breakdown due to insufficient of fuel. Imagine it is heavy traffic how i mange the situation in the middle of the traffic road. Than i asked some persons to push the vehicle. And i parked in the roadside .. myself and my whole family was standing in the road including the childrens. I don't know what is the solution for this issue... and i demand the explanation from this service center..

    Very worst service. My car has more dents after the service only. Every time when I leave for service petrol will be reduced by atleast 5L. They are least bothered for the customers. Not parts also they will take atleast 3 months to get delivered ( Mine still in progress for 3 months still not delivered ) . Please go for some recognised dealers like Kun Hyundai who has more Branches and good quality service. I have updated everything in their whatsapp group were all the managers are available still no bothered about customer. They removed the bumper guard and didn't even fix it again which cost around 2k. Latest update : V3 team called and tried to solve the problem and it is 80% completed.

    Worst service center: First time when i left the car for service, they did not even ask my name. They just used the old owners name and address. They make us wait for one hour everytime we go here. Second time when i gave for service they told they fill ac gas, check alignment and added extra money for that. But a week after the service ac did not work and i filled gas in a different service center. And i hear too much noise inside my car after service. Before my car was too good and smooth. Now i hear too much engine sound. I decided not to give to them anymore. But they kept calling me and pushing me for service again. Ok so I requested them to pick up from my home. I asked three times, if they will pick up for sure, because my home was far from the service center. They told in one hour driver will come. But no one came. When i asked again the lady would say driver will come , driver will come.. You think I don’t have any other work?? If your drivers cannot come, tel the truth that today you cannot pick up. Or you could have told me to arrange to bring the car to service center. I think God has done good to me and and shown me that not to give the car to them anymore.

    Car goes in good condition but comes with missing parts. Some mechanic hit the car and number plate is gone and they delivered it back as it is without even checking. I asked to inspect and check CCTV to find out and assured of HSRP number plate embossed as per traffic rules. Irresponsible service by v3. Unhappy with their approach. But The advisor Akilan did his best arranging for temporary alternative for now as original plate is still missing in service center.

    Issue reported was not resolved despite the repeated follow-ups after the service. Car cover also missing after service. Customer satisfaction is of least importance for this service center.

    My Experience : The hospitality they provide is to deceive you. They have a lounge, provide coffee, etc. But only after the service you start to realise the problems. The problem I’m elaborating below is based on my 2 time experience. First time I went there for a general service, they listed a whole lot of new problems which I didn’t seem it actually existed. I also enquired about price of the material and labour for each of the problem listed. They told that this and the final bill was around 20k for an i20 elite. It didn’t stop there, in few weeks I started noticing few other problems. I doubt that if it was naturally caused. Because I went to another nearby service guy to check on that problem and he told me that the part looks to be damaged and it doesn’t look like it happened naturally. That’s when I started getting doubt. I didn’t make fuss of it then. So took it light. Few years later (which is recently) I happened to end up there for another general service. Knowing these guys but with a hope that they would have changed. Same thing had happened, they listed a list of problems and billed for around 17k. Now again I have a new problem in the suspension which I didn’t have before giving it for the service. Now I have to look else where to understand this problem. Im put in the same situation again. It’s just waste of money and time. Money is not the problem. They quote high we can just splash it but when you start getting new issues after the Servie then it is a cause of concern. If any of you have also faced a similar situation please like this review so that it gets highlighted to people looking to know about this place. I also doubt the authenticity of the ratings provided in Google for this service centre. If you have no other Servie centre to go, just get the general Servie done there and hear the problems they list and look for a second review elsewhere.

    Not recommended. They are so money minded. i have done my periodic service. Total spare charges including Wind shield shampoo, Engine oil, Diesel Filter, Oil filter Air filter, etc.... is 3317. to do this job labor charges are 2135. is it not funny. and they recommended to change break shoe and estimated cost with Rs. 12K. I have done it in outside with genuine spare Rs. 6K. More over there was a major bearing failure they did not noticed. but they are saying 50 Points checkups.

    First service did very clean and good. Pickup and drop also good. But after picking the car we received call from two or three executive for follow up the status. Finally we don't know whom to contact correctly to ask the car status. Need improvement in follow up the car status to customer.

    Not at all happy with the service provided at V3Hyundai, Perungudi. It took 8 days to get my car back without any actual service being done. The car was sitting idle in their service station for 8 days, and I had to call them multiple times every day to get my car delivered. The worst scenario I faced. Sir, My feedback clearly shows my worst experience rendered by your service station. It exposed a lack of responsibility. The bill was not delivered in my name, as it was my brother’s car to be serviced. Just denying the record doesn’t mean such an incident never happened. Rather than proving your innocence, it is better to improve your service. PERIOD

    Overall it was a pleasant experience from the time it was rolled in for body repairs ( replacement and painting) and Headlight change. Estimate on parts /labour was provided as well as the time to repair. The final expenses incurred matched closely with the estimate. Shared the progress of repairs in a WhatsApp group created specially for this purpose. This assured routine progress on repairs and saved at least 2-3 physical visits. All staff assigned to the group worked as a team in delivering the quality service within the stipulated time. They interacted with the customer politely and with a patient hearing and willingness to help. This attitude compels me to choose V3 Hyundai as the "go to" place for any future maintenance / repairs related works for my vehicle.

    Have been associated with V3 for last 12 years as a customer and their service levels are extremely good every time. From through analysis of the vehicle for service requirement till handover of vehicle after service and also followup post service is something really satisfying.

    Gave my car for service and the Service advisor Sathish never called me to understand what the problem was. After repeated calls and followups from my side I was able to talk to him around 2 in the afternoon. By evening the car was ready but also there was unwanted cleaning and a whole lot of things added which I did not ask them to do. An extra 4-5k was billed without my consent. Looks like this is a trick that you follow when we send drivers to drop the car. Also called front desk multiple times to get an answer for this but no response.

    Second time also same complaint repeated. Frankly say that lethargic Service. Utterly Waste. Dont waste your money by giving service here instead give your vehicle to local mechanic. None of the complaints will be solved. They will act while taking photos that they are servicing our vehicle but dont believe them. Reason why I mentioned Lethargic service is service person can't even put proper vaccum cleaner.Very Very Bad Service. I have very good photos to prove it.

    Had the worst experience with this service center. I went early at 8:50am to this service center for checking wheel alignment issue. No service advisor was available. I was made to sit in customer lounge which looked like a meeting room. At 9.30am a service advisor came and told wheel alignment is not possible today. I had specifically confirmed while booking appointment that wheel alignment can be done and this was a shock when they told this. I had to take back the vehicle. Next is the worst part. My vehicle was missing in the parking area. They told it was parked in different place. A few minutes later my vehicle came filled with five of their employees. They used my car for picking up their employees, as a taxi. They drove many kms when to pick them while I was waiting in their lounge. It was evident from the km reading. I know I don’t have proof. I should have clicked a photo. But what I put above is 100% true. They don’t handle your cars with care. I saw how one person took and parked my car in a very rough manner like a mtc bus.

    Totally disappointed and worst service. Don't trust V3 service. I dropped my grand i10 Nios for the 1st service on 16-08-2023 at 12 pm to V3 service center in Perungudi. They called and told me the car would be ready to take delivery at 4 pm. One of the worst service and worst experience me and my father faced while taking the delivery after service. We went at 5 pm and we made the payment while we were taking the delivery, my father and I noticed that they hadn't serviced my car properly. while we are asking that particular service person, they are all in silent mode and their heads & shoulders are down. Not even giving the proper answer for this incident. outer body, tire, wheels, windows, inside vacuum cleaning, car roof, under cleaning, Air filters cleaning, etc. These are the basic 1st service, the basic service itself failed to be done properly from V3 service centre. Their mindset is fully based on money, not on servicing the car properly. Regarding this worst incident, I have complained to the required V3 showroom, but they also failed to take action against this. They are also silent and saying sorry, it's almost a week but till now no action taking from anyone in the V3 showroom and V3 service center. Please cross check your vehicle thoroughly after service in V3 Multiple calls are coming for feedback for service, but no one is taking the proper action against their worst actions. Based on my experience and strong suggestion, I will not recommend anyone to take the car from the V3 showroom and not to give service to the V3 service center. And also, better instead of giving service to V3, I will recommend giving some other outside trusted car service center.

    Had a bitter experience with the service center . Not trust worthy. You can lose your belongings if not removed earlier. We were informed nothing to remove any thing except cash but we lost our valuables even before vehicle reached service center. When we contacted service center poor response. This is my last service. My friends also had same experience.

    Truly dedicated After Sales Team including the pick up and drop drivers. In particular, despite the late hours Satish had to go extra mile in delivering the Vehicle on the same day as promised.     Few weeks before done my 3rd service in v3 hyundai perungudi. I used pickup and drop service. I have attached some photos see for yourself. very very worst service in my car service history. after i call v3 hyundai they told me we will service your car in your door steps. but they did not any response after. then i serviced my car my near plae. i cant able understand. but hyundai is a very big compnay. what is the reason why their service is very worst. please think about it once before service your car in v3 hyundai perungudi

    Very worst service. My car has more scratches after the service only. I claimed insurance 4 panel hood, bumber, right side fender, rear door but they not done properly painting works lots of scratches in hood after taking delivery within 2 months again visible scratches on my car simple they done polishing work in this 4 panels covered existing scratches. when I leave for service petrol will be reduced by atleast 5L.

    Please don't buy cars in Hyundai..worstest service from Hyundai people. No basic humanity in them ..they will suck your blood when you are in pain and when you need help..I have not seen such heartless people in this world ever. My car got affected in flood and they are forcing me to do total loss of my car although I want it to get repaired...they don't provide service instead they provide you headache...if you are true car lovers please don't buy cars from Hyundai , they will make you to hate cars.

    This is my 5 th year of having I20. I was always amazed with service given especially by V3 Hyundai in Perungudi. When I recently visited for insurance claim, they did all the work properly and to my surprise advisor mr. Parthiban has created whatsapp group with his supervisor and gave an update on what's going on. I think this is one of best and they always deliver at my door step after the service. This kind of service I never get from other Hyundai service center. My car number is TN01BB5683.

    The service provided at this centre is not upto the mark. They employ part time workers. My Dash camera was stolen at this centre and nothing was done to trace the culprit. After many days a replacement had to be collected by me at the centre. They didn't bother to deliver it to my place of residence. I was very disappointed with the kind of service given to me. place of residence just three kms away.

    Follow ups for service was regular and well connected with the customers. Arranged a pick up for service and my car was picked up by Rajesh from V3 from my office who is humble and polite. Delivered the vehicle on time. Clearly explained the service content and the charges for each. In an overall good experience.

    I booked periodic maintenance service for my i20 and they handled everything smoothly and they noticed every detail to me asked for complaints and made a whatsapp grp to communicate with us. The service experience was good! For the pickup and drop of my car a driver named Robert came he was very polite and handled my car safely I felt confident giving my car to him and he delivered the car on time.

    Had a very good experience with Hyundai service. This is my very first car from Hyundai. 1.There were constant follows up before the service. 2. Free pick up and drop facility. 3. Ramesh, one of the Hyundai service center employee was very prompt in taking the car and driving back in the evening. 4.Ramkumar had been constantly updating me regarding the issues and the service procedure. Overall a very nice experience.

    I am happy with the over all experience with v3 service station. My service advisor Mr.Sathish have thorough knowledge about my service history and about my car condition. He was very genuine on suggession about what is important to do as part of routine service. I also appreciate v3 for providing pick up and drop at free of cost. Driver rjesh was polite and was very cooperative to adjust for my timing to drop the car. Thank you V3 for the good work.
