disappointed

worst
service.
Don't
trust
V3
service.
I
dropped
my
grand
i10
Nios
for
the
1st
service
on
16-08-2023
at
12
pm
to
V3
service
center
in
Perungudi.
They
called
and
told
me
the
car
would
be
ready
to
take
delivery
at
4
pm.
One
of
the
worst
service
and
worst
experience
me
and
my
father
faced
while
taking
the
delivery
after
service.
We
went
at
5
pm
and
we
made
the
payment
while
we
were
taking
the
delivery,
my
father
and
I noticed that
they hadn't
serviced
my
car
properly. while
we
are
asking
that
particular service
person,
they
are
all
in silent
mode and
their heads
&
shoulders
are
down.
Not
even
giving
the
proper
answer
for
this
incident.
outer
body,
tire,
wheels,
windows,
inside
vacuum
cleaning,
car
roof,
under
cleaning,
Air
filters
cleaning,
etc.
These
are
the basic
1st
service,
the
basic
service
itself failed
to
be
done
properly
from
V3
service
centre.
Their mindset is
fully based
on
money,
not
on
servicing
the
car
properly.
Regarding
this
worst
incident,
I
have complained to
the
required V3
showroom,
but
they
also failed
to
take
action against
this.
They
are
also
silent
and
saying
sorry, it's
almost
a
week but
till
now no
action taking
from
anyone
in
the
V3
showroom
and
V3
service
center.
Please
cross
check
your
vehicle
thoroughly
after
service
in
V3
Multiple
calls
are
coming
for feedback
for
service,
but no one
is
taking
the proper
action against
their
worst
actions.
Based
on
my
experience
and
strong
suggestion,
I
will
not
recommend
anyone
to
take
the
car
from
the
V3
showroom
and
not
to
give
service
to
the
V3
service
center.
And
also,
better
instead
of
giving
service
to
V3,
I
will
recommend
giving
some
other
outside
trusted
car
service
center.
