We paid entrance fee of 100 for 2 people. They were not even letting to get into lifts without those passes. The place is not at all maintained, all the clothes are fallen here and there, they have increased the price and giving it in offer. It is original rate is less than the offer price. There was some offer going on like buy for 5000 and pay 2000 do there was too much of crowd bit frankly speaking for the selling price of the items over there you can buy only one item for 5000 and pay 2000 for it. No use at all. Waste of time and overcrowded

I can see a huge number of brands with a good quality of clothes at attractive prices. The cost might be bit high but they have offers almost all the time and that makes it affordable. Stylish dresses, for men and women are good. Other than dresses every other thing is too much expensive. You can buy shoes,bags at cheaper prices at other places than here. Its bit costly. Other than maintainence is good,restrooms are clean,alot of trail rooms and good atmosphere inside and outside.

Awful customer service, extremely poor inventory management and overall an awful experience. If Reliance wants customers to have a good experience, they need not shower customers with offers and discounts. All they would have to do is to close stores like this one. If there were negative stars, I'd probably have given that too...

Worst to the core. Staff here is very useless and they are fighting within them and no one ready to assist the customer. They are doing as though they are customers and seeing trial for themselves.Very bad and such poor management

Parking ok .. Huge collection at good prices - staff is playing around & most of them look like street thugs (pulingo boys).. Staff not very friendly .. Trial room is on corner - very inconvenient to keep going to the end of the showroom.. Avoid the place..

As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by the staff. When I approached a sales representative, a Ms Divya really helped me throughout the shopping experience. Felt really comfortable and was able to shop at leisure. Later when I was escorted to the billing counter, Mr Syed and other staff clearly explained to me of all the current offers associated with brands factory. Nice collection of clothing at economical prices... You can also get extra plus sizes which you dont get it easily.. You can trial and decide if it fits in.. Took a good collection of Indian terrain clothing for my trip.

Minimal amount of collection for women's so this is not a dedicated place women's clothes. Price range was bit high even they provide discount and offers. Average customer service. Benefits: Huge brands in a single place. All kind of sports wears available here. Easily accessible location. Disappointment: High price. Offers only available for certain time period. Two things to notice on their offers, 1.) 20-70% off - If you buy only one garment, you get only 10% off (Only 5% after taxes). To get 40% off, you need to buy 2 or more garments (of the same brand) 2.) GST - They add GST to the reduced price while billing. So you actually need to pay Rs.945 for a Rs.900 T. Large space with diverse collections. Prices may be good too, but what really puts one off from staying and looking through the collections is the fact that the entire space smells of stale sweat. Right from the moment you enter the elevator to go up, and through the entire space. Another thing that bothers me is that the luggage deposited at the entrance has zero guarantee that it will be there when one returns. They have no token system. In short: the place literally stinks, but you may have to rummage in the dirt to find some gems.

Lots and lots of collections mixed over in every direction. Dresses don't seems to be organised in such a way that it could be selected as per our choice...And the quality of some cloths are low stranded which aren't of expected prices..Finally, in terms of offer, its not a business trick only a trap...Think twice while purchasing....

You will thought the prices are low but they will trick you by giving buy 2 get 3, get 2@40% buy 3@50& etc etc and most of the products are too old and most of the working staffs are too lazy and dont care about customers if you ask anything especially they wont search for that particular product we asked they said sorry sir\madam not available you are asking or not available size your asking most of them are like only may be one or two will bring it for you but more card offers available here compared to other malls or branded shops you will get cheap but keep it in mind they are tricky and main thing sizes are in bad arrangement all are mixed .Dont have proper arrangement and kept some different branded items with irrelevant brand . Good thing you will get lot and lot of branded items

Staff are not clear about the offers. So they confuse us. And we faced some payment issue while paying bill. The money debited from our side but they said it didn't credited to them. Initially the staffs said we will support regarding the issue. But after 2 days, the manager didn't response to our call/message. Worst experience ever.

I like this place. Visited many times. Got nice deals most of the times. After wave II, they recently reopened. No AC, but they could have arranged few fans at least. Not any sale folks to help. Still 5* because of past experience and deals.

I had a great experience here... I have to mention about Mr. Navin of Indian terrain who was there throughout my purchase waited patiently and assisted me with the sizes.. whole experience was awesome... I would definitely recommend this place
