Don't buy any new cars because they are not providing 'TEST DRIVE' in this showroom because in delivery time new car is not cleaned and water wash properly after delivery Quality Manager(Mr.Sivasubramanian)told us they will give complimentries due to improper delivery but one of the showroom guy was cheating in such a way that any complimentary will not be given to us. Even after I spoke with General Manager so call GM of the showroom(Mr.Dharanidharan) he also did not responded properly at the time of complaint.

Situated 25 meters before Perungudi Toll, went for seeing Ertiga . The reception was very good. Offered Water bottle and Tea and sales person attended us in few minutes and explained about all the variants and the prices and about the loans available. Went for test drive too. Had good experience with the Sales Rep but we had to drop the plan of purchasing a car due to unforeseen circumstances.We had paid an advance amount of Rs.5000 in June 2023 but till date we have not received the refund despite several follow ups.Disappointed.

I got my swift vxi delivered on 20th Dec from Khivraj Perungudi... Though it's showroom and bunch of people are there but for me only one guy (Suresh) who guided me throughout the process. There was some challenges in my loan process but he managed to solve it on behalf me and never disturbed me in my WFH that was really appreciated.
