Worst place to stay, only the ambience is good .owner is too rude .food is below average and sometimes worst .lift will get repaired frequently. What ever things get fault owner always blames the tenant .important no generator is there ,often power cut happens mainly in night times .if you question the owner she ask you to vacate

It is my first ever pg experience before coming here I was visited many pg's but I'm not satisfied with all of that most of the pg dosnt have parking facility and they won't maintain cleanliness but in sai nivas pg it will be felt like an elite place to stay they maintain cleanliness as the first thing and also they follow covid protocols and if we facing any issue here they will sort it out within a day and the owner is very kind one of the best pg to stay I will recommend this pg 100% definitely go for it. Food-the food is really good in taste I didn't got bored in last two months Highlight- top class maintenance they clean the rooms daily and it is an apartment type house so our bikes will be safe to park

Om Sai Nivas is the best PG ever in chennai..3 times a day food is available here and is very good..rooms are very clean..TV WiFi washing machine AC everything available..reasonable rent..overall very excellent and comfortable to stay👍🏻❤️

Unlike other PGs this one is more of an apartment like. There will be an apartment near by the actual pg room. There is going to be one hall, kitchen, balcony and 3 bedrooms. So utilities such as Washing machine won't always be occupied.
