My all time favourite for Vegetarian food... probably the only time I eat veg in tirunelveli is when I visit Madhuram. Malai kofta, veg fried rice, chola poori, mushroom Manchurian, Gobi varieties are all my favourite. Never miss their signature dish Sothi and inji thokku served only on Fridays. Coffee is excellent.

I brought THATTI (Sri madhuram's Vittal) over salty.. bad taste.. Need improvement. highly disappointed.

Taking too long much of time to deliver food....and not responsible ....1st time I called they said 1 clck we delivered afterthat they said 1.30 then 2.00 then 2.30.....finally he said if you have to canceled the food....too much of irritating..several time he cut the call while I'm taking 😡

Where : Hotel Madhuram What : Appam, Poori. Oh Boy, what a breakfast 😊 Literally cotton soft appam ❤ which we devoured plate after plate with fantastic kadala curry. With almost zero oil just perfect Vada to just perfect Poori which went well with the Potato masala. Closing with a frothy and super yumm filter coffee! Kesari deserves a special mention here. Cost for 3 ppl came to just Rs 380 which is super value tor location, ambiance and service! Try it

It was a very bad experience. Not treating customers in a good way. Scolding the customers for having their own food. And telling like why are coming here and go to Saravana Bhava did he the employee of Madurams or Saravana Bhava. Make sure not to have these kind of employees over there. This will surely make the customer disappointed. And I also feel too low for having food over there. People make sure that you're not going for Madurams because you want to sell your authority to eat food. Please don't go there which is located in Palayamkottai opposite Krishna Hospital, Palayamkottai.

Hotel Sri Madhuram has a combination of services at their outlet. They have a dine in facility that operates through the day serving a variety of local vegetarian dishes, and some north indian items. The same facility also house a sweets & savouries shop, and a beverage bar. In the shop they offer a wide range of sweets and savouries. The beverage bar serves assortment of milk based hot beverages and a good number of fruit based cold beverages. They also offer takeaway (aka parcel) services for all the above mentioned items.

Came out as a dissatisfied customer. Scolded the student customers by saying better go to Saravana bhavan, for having their own food in the hotel.. Warning is acceptable but scolding is unacceptable.. Employee behaviour with customers is dissatisfied ...

Ask them the spoon to serve, They get irritated. They give fork in the end for it. Taste was nt good at all. Size of parota , chapati are too small rates are costly.

You know this kind of a crowded place and hence the service gets delayed. It happens but they need some improvements. Food was good though.

First visit to their hygiene juice corner and then enter into the hotel. Surely u will enjoy the high(price) class veg food. They are strict to quantity but not quality.

Food was tasteless..Quantity of soup was very less compared to other restaurants. Clear veg Soup tasted like sipping hot water and chewing raw veggies.. Paneer tikka was average.. Veg Uttapam was bland and cold with big chunks of carrots and beans.. All the food we ordered lacked seasoning except coconut chutney and sambhar. Overall a bad experience.

This restaurant is a decent option near Krishna Hospital. There aren’t any other big name restaurants here so this maybe your go to option at a walkable distance to sit and eat. However, the food taste is not as great as the other Madhuram hotels. Also taste wise even the small mess near the hospital is much better. Their service is actually good, unlike many other comments here. Maybe because I gave a generous tip every time. Overall an okay place, but little too costly compared to the nearby options.

Very worst service and attitude from the server who was serving our table. We ordered a chole poori and dosa. If the pan is not you should tell the customer about that and ask if we ok to wait or order something. After waiting for 15 mins you should not say to leave if we can't wait. Coming to important issue, attitude of the server. When I asked for extra chenna for chola poori, he says he can't give me extra to eat and I should manage to complete the food with whatever they provide, as though I'm eating for free. To the management, these types of customer service will make you fall very soon.

We went here for lunch and it was really really spicy considering their name in tirunelveli didn't expect this kind of food should be improved,we were having a function here,the hotel is in the ground floor and the hall is in the first floor

Very poor customer service. Don't keep the employees who are not doing the good customer service. One employee in Maduram's located in Palayamkottai scolded the customer and asked to get out from the hotel. Please take some action regarding that.

One of the best vegetarian restaurant in palayamkottai surrounding. Its located opposite to krishna hospital. We can taste authentic south tamil nadu vegetarian foods here. They will serve food with good hospitality. They are humble and polite. We can hv a meal over here any time .

Order the parcel inji tea, am received in normal tea. Service is very woste. Your tea master service and way of taking not worthless
