They have turned normal apartments in to service appartment... We went for a marriage occassion in Thirunelveli and stayed here for two days. It was a 2bhk service appartment. Ull get one sofa set in hall with tv connection to Airtel tv. Empty kitchen no Owen r electric stove only ull get bubble tub water on request. Two ac room big enough for 4 PPL each room one with indian style toilet and one with western style both fitted with Small water heater. Each room has two beds installed sufficient for 4 adults in each room. Quite place. Car parking available. 9 kms away from Nellaiappar temple. No complementary meals available, but u have a small hotel on 15 mins walk parallel road towards the appartment that serves good tiffen items.

Beautiful service appointment in a nice residential locality. It is ideal for people traveling with cooking requirements (like we had with an infant), or for wedding parties to accommodate guests (as there are multiple wedding halls nearby). But in either case having your own car is mandatory as it is pretty far from the railway station/center of the city. Rooms were pretty clean and spacious. Ours had 2 bedrooms with attached toilets, a living room with sofa and dining table (which can double as a working table), kitchen (with cooking gas and utensils) and balcony with beautiful views of the countryside. Each bedroom had two beds and a center table. Sufficient switch points were available. It is easy to accommodate four couples or two couples with their kids. Overall helpful staff and a clean, comfortable accommodation at a decent price. Only thing is there is no in-house dining option (restaurant) though, if you don't want to cook yourself.

The rooms are good. No service for food and no near by restaurant available. We have to depend on ourselves for food. No toiletries, towels and nothing was given. Very average one.

Wonderful and calm place to spend some time with the family.. Nicely built spacious semi-furnished apartments with Surveillance all around and lift till it's 4th floor. Good service given by the soft natured employees who are always around. Accessibility is ok, I'm giving 4. As it is not very near to the Railway station and Main bus station... If you have a car, no need to worry as the broad roads are really well maintained..

Home away from home.. very nice ambience. Neat and tidy.. reasonable pricing.. very decent staff..

Nice place to stay with family members above twelve

Located near to Society Kalyana Mandapam in NGO A Colony, 16th cross street. It's the service appartment which offers 2BHK rooms for rent to the customer (*strictly for family alone). It's a three storied building with lift facility and having good and spacious parking for four wheelers. Rooms are quite clean and spacious, offers 6 to 8 members to stay. Two bedrooms with two king size beds in 3ach rooms, rest room are equipped with water heater, one fine dining Hall and a kitchen (obviously not goign to use 😆). Could see nice ambience around. Cost is quite comparitively nominal (INR4000/day). Recommended
