We stayed during christmas. There was a discount making the rooms very affordable. The location in the centre is great, all the scenic spots are within walking distance. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing, plus they serve the breakfast here. What a way to start the day. The rooms and bathrooms are excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Impossible to find a better location in Palermo, feet from the very center of the city center. It's called B&B but it's a hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, spacious with large bathrooms, nice wood floors, simple but nice furniture. The rooftop terrace is fabulous, with an amazing view, and a very good breakfast buffet, especially the croissants.

Great location and beautiful view of the fountain. Perfect location and super clean. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. They were able to accomodate our rather complex business trip. Decent breakfast (though fresh juice and the second coffee machine turned on would improve it further, as would more vegan options). The only downsize was the keyboard player that played until late, though it is the city centre. I will be staying with the hotel again on my next visit.

I had a wonderful stay, the location is fantastic in the centre of all happenings! The room was clean, spacious and quiet, the staff was very helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed my space here. I only have one feedback, an electric water kettle! I'm a big tea drinker and was sad to see I could only make hot water with a microwave. The kettle could be easily placed next to the microwave for general use. To go up the rooftop for the sunrise is definitely recommended!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is quite old and needs some renovations. The furniture is old, smells like old wood, the bathrooms need also renovations.

I am very picky with hotels and was entirely pleased with this one. It is literally in the center of where you want to be. From the airport, take the Prestia e Comande bus to the stop Vuccirria - less than 5 minutes walk from there. Shopping, restaurants, taxi stand, and the sites are on your doorstep. The reception team was excellent - we needed help finding a car service, help storing luggage, help contacting an attraction - all was done with pleasure and ease. Our room was facing into the courtyard so it was probably quieter than those facing out, though the trade off is not having a view. I thought the room was quite large especially for European standards. The bathroom was huge (but much too dark - more bathroom lighting needed). Everything was clean and the decor is minimalist modern. We did not have the breakfast but did take a look at the rooftop which looked quite nice to dine or have a cocktail. One complaint is the elevator - there are at least 3 but they don't seem to all go to all floors, which was a little confusing. The one to our floor was slooooooooowwwwww and unfortunately we needed it a lot, due to traveling with both a stroller and an older person. B&B Hotels do great with the amenities available 24/7 in the lobby - snacks, toiletries, coffee, even wine. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Palermo.

I've been here with my family and have had really great time. Really close to the main attrations of Palermo. No needs of car. Staff and rooftop super

Great central location with beautiful views from the breakfast terrace. The rooms are very basic.

Really amazing service and location, right in the heart of where all the restaurants are. Good rooms (they only give one pillow per person though), comfy beds and good breakfast. Good view on the terrace with a large breakfast room. When we needed to check out earlier than the breakfast time I asked for a refund for that days breakfast and they offered to make a breakfast box for us which I super appreciated but for 9.50€ each it was very low quality (two bite sized muffins, Nutella and 1 yoghurt). I suggest they make those breakfast boxes half the price of the normal breakfast buffet

Room 329. Is it a hotel room? I think it is a clubbing room. At about 7 p.m., we changed rooms with the help of staff Guiseppe. It was incredible that the staff in the afternoon gave us this room when they knew that 329 had such a big problem, and the staff in the afternoon did not tell us which elevator to take. We took four big luggages and went to the wrong elevator, which caused us to move one floor. When we changed the room, we moved one floor by hand. Originally, I wanted to give a heart, but the staff Guiseppe in the evening was quite good. I was thinking that the staff in the afternoon helped the owner of the hotel to think about what it means to give the worst room to Asian guests from afar. Is it easy for us to bully? It shouldn't be like this.

Everything was fine besides the quality of the breakfast. No good fresh fruit or juice. The cold cuts were from the regular supermarket, the coffee was ok, but the location was perfect, the personal very nice and helpful

Parking Tip! Don’t be an idiot like us and get flustered by driving around trying to find the mateo parking garage. Call the garage to let them know you are close on via Roma / via Immanuel and they will kindly meet you on the street to park you car which was so easy & convenient. We drove down ridiculous tiny & fear-inducing streets before I finally called the hotel & parking garage. Just forfeit trying to drive right to it. Hotel was great, rooms are simple but large and we had a great view looking over the street and fountain. Would stay again, would never drive here again though!

Severely bad price value ratio. Service is very friendly and helpful but the hotel is a bit more of a maze rather than a hotel. The room was dark and the bed was bad. The rooftop staff seems unorganised and the food in the rooftop restaurant might have been the worst I have ever eaten. When the waiter came and asked for a comment, I was just about to answer when he was already gone. The location is central but just around the corner you’ll find better hotels with better price / values. Thank you, but no thank you.

Just went to the rooftop bar to have a drink. Extremely expensive, without service (you need to ask at the bar) and drink not well served. Paid 8€ for 3 drops of martini in a glass of sweet wine. After complaining got my drink changed for a martini glass with some ice. Complete non-sense.

Great location in old town. Many restaurants and bars very close. Great breakfast area on the hotel roof with an outside and inside section. Staff super friendly and useful.

Location good for places to eat nearby. Lovely wine and view from the roof top bar. Spacious room. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Giuseppe, who went the extra mile to help us out.

Laadukas hotelli Palermon vanhassa kaupungissa.

We are staying here for 3 nights at the beginning of our first visit to Sicily and we could not be happier. We booked the junior suite at a very reasonable price and our room #112 is amazing, comfortable, spotless and with a lovely view of Fontana Pretoria across the street. The staff has been very welcoming and helpful. The rooftop terrace with the restaurant and bar is lovely and the included breakfast buffet is very good. We came in via the beuro airport bus, got off at the "Via Roma" stop and easily walked 5 minutes to the hotel. Our first morning we took the Streaty 3 hour food and walking tour. Highly recommend.

Prime location in the district area, could walk to many places. Just a lot of beggars, panhandlers in the area and they are very bold, you cannot say know once you have to say no many times to them. The breakfast included was great with a rooftop restaurant, very nice. The outside picture were taken from the breakfast area.

Really nice hotel in best location, directly in downtown. The staff and especially the receptionists are extremely nice and patient. The hotel itsself has big clean rooms with a gorgeous view from the rooftop bar at 5th floor. You can buy drinks and snacks 24 hours for a really good price. Staff also takes care that you are safe and doesnt let people in who dont belong in the hotel at night.

We had a great stay, the staff are wonderful and the rooftop terrace is the best! The rooms are no-frills but you don't come to Palermo to hang out in a hotel room! The location is the best, close to Via Maqueda which is very lively and fun.

We were three, two adults and a four year old. The room was a great size. We had a queen and a twin size bed. They were quite soft for our liking. The location at the Quattro Canti was amazing. The rooftop breakfast is worth it, $7.50. We were on the 4th floor directly below the rooftop bar. So it can be a little loud until 1am. Everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel. We did not ask about laundry. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay of less than a week. Thank you HEX Crypto for making this possible.

The rooftop will make a difference for your stay: very nice in the mornings and also for a good cocktail Inthe evenings, it offers a very nice view over some palaces of Palermo. The staff is always well informed, kind and available. I also liked the concept based on a very basic service with vending machines offering quality products. So you can regulate what you spend for your stay. In the sorroundings, you'll find all sorts of restaurants and bars offering local dishes. At two minutes of Palermo's relevant attractions like the Cathedral.

Nice hotel, centrally located in Palermo, with friendly staff, willing to help. The room and the bathroom were clean, the towels and sheets were white and clean. But the furniture of the triple room was poor, with small single beds and with ONLY one bedside table. The breakfast restaurant has one nice roof terrace, but the food is quite poor and the same every day: scrambled eggs, prosciuto cotto, cheese, yoghurt, 3 types of juice, apples, oranges, but no vegetables (not at all). They had really good varied types of coffee and a lot of sweets (pie, croissants, muffins), etc. They should put some cousions on the outside chairs.

I was there on June 3 for an evening drink on their top floor balcony overlooking the city: great view, good quality wine, excellent service and atmoshere. Higly suggested. Supposedly their hospitality is equally great but I was staying at another location

Hotel in a great location in the center close to everything ... big and clean rooms ... the breakfast room was on the fifth floor on the balcony with amazing view and was very rich and tasty ... the staff was very kind and very helpful ... when I return to Palermo I will definitely return to this hotel because it left me with a very good experience

The room was okay for us as we got assigned to a disability room, but that's okay. It is not like we are staying in a resort. We need a place to sleep. The location is great! Pretty much the centre of everything and good to walk around and come back whenever needed. The rooftop has a great view, the services and the staff are very friendly! London has a lot to learn about this bare minimal standard of hospitality. I would come back again, I would pay more for the room next time if I want a better room.

This hotel's best assets are it central location and beautiful view from its terrace, the staff were polite and helpful and the rooms larger than usual and airy. Our room had a lovely view on the Fontana Pretoria in between the buildings. The short comings were that there were no net curtains on the windows so apartments across could look into the room and bathroom, the 2 lifts were busy and slow, the breakfast had little that was fresh and always the same, the furniture is old and very bare.

Best location in town, near Quattro Canti and Piazza Pretoria. The staff were helpful and kindly, the room was clean, the price was ok. The bed was comfortable, so we slept well. Our view was a wall, but it is typical in Palermo. :) We liked it. Recommended.

If you are staying in Palermo city centre, this has to be the hotel for you! Perfect room size, perfect service, perfect location & a perfect rooftop view! Frontdesk is always helpful and takes that initiative to make you feel comfortable.

Others have mentioned the noise... On the 4th floor is very very loud until 11pm when the bands/DJ's stop playing. You can also hear every scrape of the chairs from the tables in the bar when someone gets up/sits down until around midnight. It then starts again with breakfast at 7am... We knew this beforehand from reading reviews so we booked a more expensive junior suite. But it was I believe the worst room for noise as it was directly below the band and terrace... On the plus side it is a perfect location for exploring Palermo by foot! It is in the centre of everything. The airport bus stops at a stop only 5 min walk away on via Roma Street (ignore what Google says!). The rooms themselves are pretty basic and are only aimed at 3stars and barely get there. However they are clean and tidy. In summary: For location it is unbeatable. For staff they were all great. For price it is average. For comfort it is average. For noise it is terrible.

A great hotel just in the right place of Palermo!! Room was fine and staff at reception very professional and kind. Only one thing: is the first hotel that I've found that chrages to keep the bike in their parking... but it is ok, well kept. As a plus, the spectacular terrace. Breakfasts ara ok, buffet type, and better hurry up... but the views are amazing. Drinks at night can be busy, but its such a great place!!! Keep up!!!

What a wonderful hotel and brilliant staff! Situated right in the centre of Palermo, very comfortable. Breakfast on the roof terrace which doubles as a bar in the evenings and has great views. We should have been at the hotel in 2020 but couldn't travel because of covid. The hotel honoured our deposit paid over 2 years earlier, very generous of them. A definite 6/5 from me!

This hotel is perfect for a visit to Palermo. It's about 10 mins from the airport bus stop. The staff are very friendly. Our room was immaculately clean and was cleaned each day. We did not use the safe and our belongings were not touched. Very safe. Location is right in the middle of the city and can be noisy but that's normal for busy location. Thank you for restaurant recommendation which proved great choice.

Giuseppe and his staff really did everything to make our conference group feel at home in Palermo! The hotel's fantastic location and the breakfast terrace in every way made up for the slightly noisy rooms and the simple (but completely adequate) breakfast selection. You won't find better price/performance in Palermo.

After having fish for dinner at the rooftop restaurant (nice views) , I woke up in the middle of the night with severe vomiting. The next day I went to speak to someone about it but no one was able to assist . I then emailed them and I was told I hope you’re feeling better but there’s nothing we can do about it. I asked for at least a refund and that was rejected. Really disappointed with how they dealt with that. Other than that, location is perfect, staff were lovely and room was decent price. But overall, the bad dining experience left me with a negative impression so wouldn’t go back hence my low score of 2/5.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel was neat and clean and modern looking. Even though it's very close to the busy tourist areas, the room was still quiet at night.

We loved our six night stay at this hotel! The front desk and cleaning staff were professional and friendly from check in and throughout our stay. As others mention, location is wonderful and view from the rooftop is incredible. The bed was comfortable, room is clean and very spacious. If we are ever back in Palermo, we’ll definitely stay here.
