I’ve been trying to get information about the gym. In the website there is not an email where I can ask questions. I signed up, gave my phone number and they called me twice. When I asked in italian if they speak English they just hung up. Then they called me again and was able to communicate in italian since no one speaks english. After trying to explain the woman hung up again without even saying goodbye or sorry. I thought this was the most decent gym in Palermo but I cannot believe this kind of service, in any other parts of europe it’s so easy to sign up even without speaking in English.

Great gym. Not incredibly big for its capacity but it has excellent personnel and PT’s. Friendly and motivating atmosphere. There could be small things to improve but all in all I have a great time there. Thank you for your support.

Very busy on Monday nights, but the staff were friendly and the equipment and facilities were excellent, especially the spa which was amazing. Much better than the London Virgin Active's!
