GROSS! Made an appt. She was running late. 30 minutes later I was told by someone other than Penny I had to go home and shower bc she has a fatal perfume allergy. Fatal? and that wasn't the first thing outta her mouth when I made my appointment the week before or during the confirmation call and texts??? I'm a retired healthcare professional, if it's really that bad, that would have never "slipped her mind" she's talking about "I'm sorry I forgot" Now let's get to the salon... I felt like I walked into a hair solon hoarder situation but wait let's not forget the barking dog behind the door or Penny's husband putting his socks and shoes on beside me. After listening to Penny talk, she's rude, inconsiderate, VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, loud and just down right nasty. The place smelled awful. Maybe SHE needs a little fragrance.

Miss Penny is awesome. She and I are working on saving my hair from some past bad choices! She is so very knowledgeable and will not make you pay for something unnecessary! That is wonderful in itself!

Penny~Marie will go above and beyond. I’ve had cancer and still have infusions every six months. We couldn’t figure why my hair was breaking off. She spent countless hours researching, taking to her peers until she figured out it was my infusion. So now one week after one she does a Malibu treatment to pull the chemicals out of my hair. It’s doing great now!!! So besides her extent of knowledge of color and treatment of hair she will do everything possible to make sure your hair is healthy!!!! She will treat you like family!!! I’ve been going to Penny for over 15 years.

Can't say enough about Penny!!! I promise you won't be disappointed. Her skill and knowledge are incomparable around here. I've been a customer for almost 20 years now and I promise I won't take my business anywhere else. Before I found her, I used to drive to Austin. Penny has been creating wild colors for me since before it was popular and they came in a pre-mixed tube. lol She's recently had to become fragrance free due to a severe allergy to patchouli. There are signs posted outside before you enter the building and they are hanging from the ceiling as you walk through the door. The only way to miss them is due to a lack of reading or utter disregard for them. Please be careful and don't risk her life. She has a severe anaphylactic reaction to this fragrance and it's so common in todays fragrances and essential oils. It's okay if you forget, Tammy (her assistant) will offer you a towel to go wipe off the areas with fragrance in the bathroom. They will go above and beyond to be accommodating.

Penny’s been my stylist for years and is a true color wizard! I could never trust anyone else with my hair. I personally have several health issues including multiple autoimmune disorders and Penny has always been sensitive to my special needs and hair changes.
