This place is amazing! The atmosphere is amazing and the workers are so nice. I gave a reference photo and asked for a small change and I was not disappointed! Everything was done very fast in my opinion but that did not lessen the quality of my nails at all. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been to many nail shops in Palestine and this one is beyond Incredible! Kim did a fantastic job on my nails and eyebrows! The whole staff there was so sweet and patient! My niece had gotten her feet done and they were just so sweet to her, I’m upset that I didn’t get the lady’s name who did my nieces nails and toes. But she did a fantastic job too! Will be coming back!

The people were very nice, the environment was inviting and relaxing, and my feet are feeling so much better! I recommend the volcano pedicure!

Today is my birthday, and I'm splurging a bit on my pedicure! It was wonderful! I'm so glad to have found a local place for my mani-edi spa needs! I used to have to go back to Houston to see my regular lady, 😪 and she will be missed! Thank you guys for being one of the best parts of my day today! 💗

Tin/Juan did my nails here and he was fantastic. He was very nice and talked to me the whole time, I thought the design was too complicated to do but he exceeded my expectations. Definitely give him a visit !:)

I have gone to koi nails a few times and I have absolutely enjoyed the times I have gone. Today I went and got my nails done by Juan and he did an amazing job. I definitely recommend Koi nails and I 100% recommend going to Juan.

The salon is by far one of the nicest I've seen. Everyone was very attentive and nice. However, my gel pedicure chipped in 4 days and I had to return so they could fix it, which they did very graciously and quick. My gel manicure didn't last but a week. For the cost, for myself anyway not worth the problems I had.
