Very poor customer services n they are not even helping us to select our exact sizes ... If we ask them to take the sizes,they are just refused our request ...

Good jewellery store . Very bid shop . Good staff and nice service . Supports gold and silver exchange and there is a screen for cost bar . There is good parking space outside and clean store . More seating arrangement must be made . Not very conjusted and very clean . Very big store . Nice staff and service .

All such stores only promote what they feel is the latest style. A whole floor full of clothes and I couldn't find one pant with a regular cut. All of them are wider on top but below thigh level the pant width comes down drastically. Such pants are very uncomfortable to wear, at least for people like me. I would prefer something a bit more loose. But, alas. . .

Reliance trends chrompet is having variety of collections for Ladies, Kids and Gents. Ladies material available in ground floor, Kids material available in first floor, 2nd floor for Gents. Most of the times offer will be like Buy 2 get Rs.100 will be available in trends

Very very worst customer support. Not handling well inside of store. Better to give good services. I don't know the executive name but she attending kurta section ground floor around At the time of 9.45 pm.

The price is relatively higher when compared to the online price of ajio. Certain products have an offer. They are providing coupons that can be used for the next purchase. No credit or debit card offer. Charge for a carry bag. Alterations they tell 30 mins but it will take more than that.

Not a stand-out store on Customer Service... I think they are as good or as bad (based on how you look at it) as any other typical store... But some things like keeping the A/C off during the day is very "Thrifty" (to put it mildly) of the management... Also having a few chairs for people to sit, while their family is shopping wouldn't harm the business... It would only help, as they wouldn't be pestering the choosy customer to finish-up soon...!!!

Collection wise good. But personally felt costlier. There was a ample space for car parking behind the shop

Pathetic….Worst…Literally there is nothing called customer services here.. Worst ever. No one cares to help the customer either on the size or patterns. Complementary gift is a humbug. Do not even spend your money to buy those gifts. Even if you are paying couple of hundreds it is not worth it. Be aware.. All returns even if it is with in 10 minutes it is only in the shop credit tends. Extremely dissatisfied. If you are not in around and traveling customer don’t even try this…..

Collections are good. But a suggestion to avoid coupons. It is not required to give physical coupons every time. You are collecting mobile numbers during every purchase, which has the amount of purchase as well. So please tag the coupon benefits accordingly. This will save physical coupon printing as well..

Decent collection of clothes. Very competitive pricing. However there is a stock problem. What u see online is not available at the store. Three floors of men, women and children clothing. They have a dedicated car park behind the showroom. This is a big advantage on the busy Chrompet junction area. Staff need to be trained a little more on product knowledge. Good peaceful shopping experience
