Gold and diamond are sold here. Silver purchase to be done in different shops. The jewel shop present in first floor alone. A old model lift available and also around 20-25 steps could be used as well. Though the choices are less than other jewellers, the designs of jewellery is good. Water is kept at each counter for customer ease. Employee are very friendly and easily approachable. Most importantly I appreciate the authenticity card provided to the purchase done. I never witnessed such certificate in other jewellers. The making of jewels especially the connections between pieces done so well. So life will be good. Tanishq mark along with 916 mark is present in jewels. I recommend Tanishq for gold purchase. Improvement opportunity - during busy hours the two pay counters is not enough. Either they have to change the payment work process or increase the number of counters.

Very satisfied experience. Very neatly maintained store. We had our own time choosing and deciding. The staff who guided us helped us a lot (Ms. Maheshwari). It is very important that the staff who attends understands the customer taste and preference. That really helped us decide quickly. The only suggestion we would like to point out is there could be little more collection of the earrings and finger rings.

It is an okay place for diamond, gold and platinum jewellery. They have a decent collection of both 22c and 18c gold including rose gold designs. I found more platinum and diamond collections than gold varieties. Not as crowded as GRT. Friendly staff. I don't find much silver jewellery in this store, but maybe it is there in other branches. Don't expect discounts except seasonal or festival ones (other shops give at least a marginal discount but this place doesn't give any). Parking may be difficult to get in front of the store, so you may have to park nearby and walk to the shop.
