The only positive side I feel is the location of the property. The staff is somehow better. I booked 2 rooms having Sea View(as they mentioned it is). But it is not like what we may expect. Will be a waste of money, better you can have a room without the sea view for lesser price and enjoy the sea later. Rooms are not at all clean, the towel provided was dirty and can see many stains. No mirror (which is a basic facility for a room worth Rs.2500), no drinking water, no breakfast, and more over there was no mat besides the washroom. The cupboard have no hangers, and in the washroom there were no hangers to keep even the towel. And the funniest part was, there was a TV in one room but not working and in another room there was a water heater but not connected to power supply. Really the worst experience I had in a hotel with my family ever. I think most of the comments posted about this hotel were some kinda paid promotions. Because I went there after reading those reviews, and now I noticed many of the comments on the very bottom were similar to my experience

BASIC AMENITIES AND SERVICE IS LACKING ! Pros first: Only outside looks good and the place is overall calm and safe. We were two girls traveling. Cons: We booked the best AC room available and yet: The bedsheets and towels were stained and old. The washbasin tap is broken. AC remote doesn’t work. No soap is provided (basic!) Not to mention mandatory drinking water bottle wasn’t provided either, we had to pay extra. No toilet paper. No garbage bin in the room. There is huge ant and pest problem too. Maybe because of the terrain which is still understandable. We were asked to checkout at 10.30 am which wasn’t mentioned earlier. Even the booking site mentioned till 11. Request to the management: Kindly visit similar properties who are better and try to understand and make changes. Wont even cost you much!

I booked room for two through agoda.com at an offer price but when I try to check in at the hotel the receptionist asked for extra money because I was with my wife!!! He was saying that the room booking was for "non-couple" !! WTH!! And thet didn't give me the room and at night with a women i had to look for another hotel!!

The only good about this place is that it's close to the beach. The service and maintenance sucks. Worst place i have stayed so far. Unclean sheets and pillow covers, the resort doesn't even give you food or plates atleast even if you order from outside. There are no hot water, kettle or anything in the room. The building and construction is good, request to the owner is to please maintain the place properly and provide good service. Then you might make very good profit

Booked 2 rooms seeing the 4 star rating. But the rooms and service are not even worth 1 star. Had to wait around 30 mins on arrival as there was no staff at the property. The rooms were not clean and also had a foul smell. There was no water at the restroom, no blankets, no intercom and tv wasn't working. The staff was very arrogant right from the very start. They were very argumentative while checking any matter with them.

The resort having good hygiene and average price. Good luck

Beautiful place.Nice rooms.Polite receptionist. But no drinking water provided,t.v not working,no water flow in bathroom or washbasin.Check whether water is coming in tap before bath.The owner should provide all amenities instead of being in money motive.

Worst ever… I saw the ratings and booked 5 rooms but the ratings are fake… very poor management, house keeping, poor facilities. They don’t even provide water when you check-in. Water heater doesn’t work..Room names doesn’t match the actual room… beach view is total fake…you don’t get any beach view unless u go the beach😅

First off - the Pros - its at a perfect location. The beach is just a walk away from the place, like 100 meters from the property. The staff (Only 1) which we could find during our stay there was cordial and helpful as much as he could. Though there was zero services apart from showing us the room. Con- The property - NEEDS A MAJOR MAINTENANCE REHAUL. Almost all the bedsheets had holes in it. No intercom. No TV(working). No tea / coffee which you can order. No good restaurants or cafe close by in walkable distance to have a quick decent chai. Avoid the room next to the reception - its needs major interior work. There is water damage in all the walls and the smell is awful. We changed the rooms once we saw it in person. The rooms had good AC which is a plus but not all rooms had a working AC remote, luckily we could bring the remote from the other rooms we had and kept it working during our stay there. Overall a OK stay for the price at this location.

Bad experience Initially provided a room without key, and the manager insisted not to worry he is there and would take care of luggage. got it changed The manager didn’t provided any water bottle apart from only one bottle for two person. Better book a different stay.

It is a clear example to prove that the worst service can make a beautiful place the most uncomfortable place to stay. I wonder what makes the hotel booking agencies to list such a lodge in their list.

Worst resort which I have never stayed before at all. Booked two AC rooms but in another room ac was not working properly ,heater doesn't work properly. If we complain to manager there wil be no proper response and he shows his arrogance towards customers. No maintenance and room is not tat clean and bed bugs are more. If anyone trying to buk this resort dnt ever buk this at any cost. Don't buk this resort even if thy provide for free

Horrible experience in Cheri natural beach hotel's most unhygienic and dirty accommodation, ants and bugs are on the floor, "Very rudeness behavior by the staff", Also, the bathroom equipment is not clean and the exos fans not working, the gear not working, the shower is tap broken, the door locks are broken, also the bed is not comfortable and very badly smalling from the rooms. If possible then I will give a -ve rating. Never come to this place.

Worst ever hotel i have ever been . Disgusting room , stinking toilet, ents and insects everywhere. Mannerless and rude staffs. Thery didn't even bother for guest's security. Only one light and one plug point is working rest are out off service. I would given 1/2 star if there is option.

Service is very bad. No guests allowed. Only 2 person per room. Instead of giving spare bed, we had to rent 2 rooms for 3 people.

Pathetic stay ever! We didn't see any kind of amenities provided. No geyser, AC, full of pests, no towels or paper rolls, literally nothing. We struggled there for one night as a family with kids.

Worst resort..no proper maintenance... choose this place only if you have exhausted all other options...also book directly through phone call....i paid 11000 in Goibibo for rooms worth 7000.

Dirty and dusty rooms, with lizards and webcombs. Lots of Mosquitoes without any solutions, owner and caretaker don't give a single **** about the guest.

Wonderful experience and great location. Eco friendly atmosphere. Calm area to relax . we can see Beach from balcony. Altogether excellent.

Absolutely loved the stay! The stay is right next to the beach and the ambience and service is great with majority of the amenities being a stone throw away. If you plan to visit here, say Hi to Arun from my side. Arun takes good care of the property and had a good chat with him 😊
