My children and I ate at the hotel restaurant as recommended by our host. We were asked about our spice tolerance and the appropriate dishes were suggested by Ebin, the restaurant Manager. The local foods were heartily enjoyed. The quality was excellent as was the attentiveness of the waiting staff. The hotel also called for a Tuktuk back to our accommodation. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

A very beautiful stay. Everything was good. The suite rooms are spacious and maintained. I loved their furniture. Service was too good. There was a lady in reception who helped us with booking everything. She was really courteous and professional. The restaurant manager Ebin was so helpful with our everyday room service. We are very happy with their services

Had descent fish biriyani here. Celebrated my grandfather's 90th bday here with extended family. We had a good time and the sadhya served for us was also descent.

Affordable and well maintained rooms, food was great. Only disadvantage was the restaurant was small and had to wait long to get a seat and long wait for food as well due to staff shortage during Christmas holiday period.

Hello, As we took more than 10+ rooms for our boys it was pleasure service from all of those staffs .... Room are completely good and better .... There refrigerator was not working it was only a drawback.... Good was very hygiene and good we expect Kerala Famous Meal. But we didn't get.... But surely when I'll book here ... A really beautiful hotel well connected with prime areas and beaches such as Cherai Beach, Kuzhupilly beach and serene places of worship. Rooms are spacious and clean. Room service is perfect with any request catered to within couple of minutes. All hotel staff are courteous, and oblige to any requirement. Also, the attached restaurant serves the best delicacies. You may get the authentic and gorgeous taste of Kerala here. Would definitely recommend a stay here. 5-star experience.

World's dirtiest hotel and it states that it is a non smoking hotel but people were smoking In the lift. People were drinking in the lobby. Not a safe and hygienic place .

We stay here each year for a few days from Britain. Genuine, friendly staff (a little formal at first, but that 'coat' is removed a short while later). The restaurant serves delicious food and drink. All of the rooms have been first class. Our photograph shows how the staff grouped together to surprise us on our Twentieth Wedding anniversary: a few days in to our stay, we returned to the Receptionist explaining that: "Sorry, we've had to move you to a different room". Upon opening the room, we were met with a Rose petal covered room, as shown - Beautiful staff with love in thier hearts. *Businessmen visiting here; remember that there are good people and bad ones. The staff here are good; treat them as you do the better members of your family and tip them.

We went to the restaurant there for lunch, and everything there was really good. The cleanliness, the food, the staff- all of it! The rates were reasonable too. The restaurant manager, Ebin, made sure everything was taken care especially since i had a toddler on hand. A very friendly face in a well maintained restaurant by the beach. Would recommend to anybody :)

Been here multiple times over the years and I've always had great time eating lunch with my family. Definitely recommend the fish fry! Ebin the manager there is amazing as always.

This place is in the city and it has a great staff and service. Nice and big place, however maintenance is a problem I guess due to covid lockdown it's not maintained well. The AC had a foul smell luckily I had taken a suite which was 2 rooms so I had used just one AC which was good. So overall I'm ok with this. They just need to maintain it well. Negative: bar in the basement hopefully there won't be any trouble as they have security. No great views though 😜. Restaurants are many in the hotel and near by.

HOLIDAY HOTEL We found this awesome restaurant on our way back Kuzhippilli beach. It's near to Cherai beach. Food was amazing. Loved the starters prawns batter fry and fish fingers and especially the flavourful fish biriyani! Restaurant is clean and well kept. The washrooms are clean too. The happy face and great service from Restaurant manager Mr.Ebin is commendable. Will definitely recommend HOLIDAY HOTEL, CHERAI.

Cherai being a remote beach resort area, this hotel serves as a decent facility for tourists. For locals the banquet area is useful for small parties and gathering. Food served is very good.

Such a nice hotel, with clean rooms and great responding staffs. They also give you a printout of the tourist places around,they have tasty foods and etc. But there were lots of mosquitoes in the room at night ,then food preparation was delayed other wise price wise it's good giving a morning breakfast as compliment.

It's two star hotel located in Cherai.. a bit far away from cherai beach proper.. Rooms are basic, a bit congested.. It's an old property with fare share of the old' ness.. For the price of 3k , i would say the rooms are overpriced The high price is probably because of the cherai tag.. U would definitely get a better room at this price around.. There's an attached Bar functioning, so you would get the drink in your room. Also it makes the food decent. Ample car parking available and staffs were mostly courteous and helpful. The break fast was disappointing, they even refused an omlette for my 2 yr old kid who couldn't eat the idiyappam and dosa they served and that were the only dishes on the break fast menu.. Should know to act better..

Most wounderful place to eat out specially vegetarian food .warm welcoming staff and food they prep freshly individual dishes. Price was not a pinch to a pocket compared to food in sarounding Cherai Beach. Thank xou everyone for great time.
