Guhan in the kitchen was exceptionally good with his service Cons Very compact size for a resort As it is a fairly new property, staffs need to learn to be more professional in their job. They have all the facilities but we need to ask for everything. Price slightly on higher side for the facilities and location.

It was a nice experience altogether.... Very well made property and good ambience, near to the cherai back waters.Well mannered and good behaviour from all staff members. Despite any facility, it's all about the good memories you keep and the team here helped in having only the good vibes to carry.... Seems the demand is high Eventhough the prices are premium, since it was on full booking.. I was expecting a bigger pool from the images, The regular rooms are small but the courtyard rooms are with better facilities....

we booked two rooms months ago through booking.com and they confirmed the booking immediately. then only a few days before our stay they told us we had to cancel our rooms because we're foreigners and they don't have the licencing for that which they would have known about back when we first booked. communication was very rude and in very poor English.

Our visit to Cherai beach was a small one, the rooms were good, clean, location was amazing. My wife and I went for water sports after checking out of Lago Leisure, where we had an accident, since we were from out of state, and didn't know anyone, we went back to the hotel to see if they had a vacant room. They were so helpful, not only did they give a room for free to clean up and they even offered to escort us to the nearby hospital. Really loved the gesture and hospitality.

Quite far from the main Cherai beach and the beach just maybe 50feet away is dirty. It washes ashore dirty stuff that the beach goers left it with. The place itself has many activities like fishing (for fun, don't expect to catch a show with the equipment they have), basketball, a trampoline for the kids, a swimming pool can keep us engaged for a day and a half. The rooms are neat with an attached sitout and a spacious bath. The service is good, but the food was average at best. It doesn't hurt for they make it up with some good service and average cost of food. All the staffs were pleasant and helpful.

This resort is really beautiful and the location is also very nice. Moreover the staff is amazing - very helpful. They make sure that you have a comfortable stay at the property. Cherry on the top - food is also amazing there.

It was an excellent and well maintained resort. Very friendly staff and services. We'll designed rooms and interiors. They had provided everything that we needed - Iron box, Ironing table, fridge etc. Lovely ambience too. An amazing place to stay. We enjoyed the location.

I recently visited this resort and my experience there was awesome. The staff was really concerned about any mere inconvenience, they made sure to take care of my comfort. They were really well spoken and humble. Especially the services were top notch there..My body relaxed well with the top notch spa treatments and my mind also healed well in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

We stayed here for two nights and I must say this made our trip very memorable, rooms were very clean but bathrooms were very small, but service was excellent. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. They used used to assist us with a big smile. Receptionist Aadarsh was very helpful. Food was yummy, location is very cozy and clean and calm. This right in between the beach and backwaters. We totally enjoyed our stay, I would definitely visit again and will surely refer everyone! Thanks to the staff

It was an excellent experience staying here. The room were excellent and my family had a great trip. The staff was really polite and pools were really clean, we almost had an experience close to home. The location was really beautiful which overall added to the serenity of the resort.

I stayed at this resort for a 1 night 2 day stay and enjoyed the experience. The reception staff and the manger were courteous and positive. The room was clean and had all amenities (it had a partial view of the backwaters from the balcony which was nice). We liked the breakfast and the pool was also maintained well. The only suggestion would be to have a fitness centre in the place.

We stayed in The Lakefront Suite, it was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable and clean. Worth the extra money to have the space. Staff are friendly and professional and made the effort to get English movie channels for us. Would definitely stay again

One of the top resorts I've ever been to. The front desk staff was really helpful and kind. Excellent personnel who know how to look after customers. The service was outstanding, and the room was properly furnished. We could see the sea and feel the air from the balcony. Our room's location couldn't have been better. There is a straight path leading to the beach as soon as you exit the resort; we only need to cross the road. It had the feel of a private beach, had water that was crystal clear and very clean, and was a great spot to unwind. It was a relief to stroll in such a calm and tranquil setting, and the view was stunning.

Great stay. Value for money. Neat pool side. Comfy room. Amazing location with cherai beach at a cycling distance. Cycles are also available. Best for couples as well as bachelor's. Couldn't access the badminton court as it that place was made into reception area

Good stay, except that the resort is medium sized unlike the expected comfort while checking online. Service and people are good with highest hospitality, however for the amount charged per night is high comparing the small room size, No late night in room service, non spacious locality, and compact pool. Allows me to give 3-STAR mid-premium stay. I should say, the food served is good. A kind of eco friendly touch with small fish and frogs inside premise is a plus for people who like Nature stay. It DOESN'T have beach view, only it's premium rooms are had Lake view. It's 5 min walk from the beach. One can find many cafes in the same lane with good beach view and beach access even though you miss that here. Overall, No flaw with compact n decent stay.

My sister and I had a pleasant 2 day stay at the Lake View Deluxe Room in the resort. The room was clean and comfortable and the view from the sit out was spectacular!!. All the staff were cordial and welcoming. The breakfast served was fresh and good. We didn’t have any other meal from the resort as we were keen on exploring the small eating places on the beach front. I would recommend the resort for a quiet, simple, fuss free stay , away from the noise of Kochi town.

The resort was nice, with a comfortable and modern look. The rooms were clean and had good amenities, including a mini-fridge, TV and safe. The pool area was small, but it did not feel crowded at any point during our stay. We enjoyed the budha statue in the resort, which felt refreshing after spending time in an air-conditioned room. The staff was friendly and helped us find activities for us to participate in during our stay, including basketball and fishing.

Stayed here on Dec 3rd 2022. Good looking building over looking the back waters. I did not sample the food there so cannot comment. However the service staff was very polite and responsive. The room tea was served at 6.30 am quite quickly. They were eager to help with bags etc. The only glitch during my stay was that the AC failed and they could not get it to work though they tried twice. Luckily I only used the room at night and it rained!  They also have a car park inside their compound which was a relief as the road they are located on is narrow. It was a nice quiet road.

We had a big group with many kids, grandparent, and adults. We stayed with our families in Lago Leisure resort for 3 days. We have booked rooms with lakeview as well as room with balconies. We all were blown away by their tremendous service that they have provided. All the staff members with very pleasant and helped us whenever we needed anything. As soon as we walked in, the check-in was very smooth. The Manager, Ajay Kumar, front office, Alwin & Dilraj were very helpful. By just one call, they send someone to take care of any of our needs. The room was very clean and tidy. The view was fantastic. We all really enjoyed their food. The breakfast was awesome. All three days we have something different. Kids as well as adults also enjoyed it. I loved Vada, Dosa, Putt & Kadla, Puri & Sabzi, Aloo paratha, great tea and coffee. etc. Kids also loved the milk shakes and fruit juice. We also had 2 dinner here. We all loved it. All the items we ordered for dinners with fish, meat and vegetable were very delicious. They have a very comfortable seating area to enjoy the food with the family. Special thanks to the Food and beverage department, Chef Arun & Manoj and Manager Gokul. We can never forget the smiling faces of Nandhu and Thanesh who provided us whatever we needed. The house keeping team were very pleasant and cleaned our rooms promptly whenever needed, thanks to Vivek, Bindu, Lincy and Abhi. The Lago leisure team also helped our kids with fishing, provided them with board games as well as badminton set, provide us with umbrella when it was raining. They also helped us with a boat ride and recommended a nice place for Ayurvedic massage. Thank you very much Lago Leisure resort for making our trip memorable. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Lovely place and exceptional service. Lago is ideally located with a lagoon on one side and beach on the other. It is a fairly new property with fantastic villas. We enjoyed our New Year break here with extended family

The rooms and amenities are all well maintained. The team was very concerned in suggesting options for other nearby amenities as well. The breakfast buffet was good with tasty food. The team was very warm and friendly. Looking forward to visit again.

It's a perfect accommodation with right modern amenities. Serves delicious South Indian delicacies. We traveled on 11 Apr 2022, this whole property looks newly designed, based on one theme overall good colors design you can feel the efforts owner putted in for building a luxurious stay. Staff is courteous and well trained!
