I'd say this was the BEST service I've ever received with a Walk-In clinic. Everyone was so friendly and inviting, almost immediately upon walking inside I felt such great atmosphere and welcoming faces. The two women at the front counter were informative and kind-hearted and super funny. While being seen with a nurse who was so kind to me, he told me about his 2 kinds and I told him about mine. He was super sweet! The doctor who examined me was impeccable! Unlike other doctors who try to force you to take the medication they prescribed; she gave me options! Also talking about our kids and Halloween:) Some times when you walk into a clinic you just instantly feel worse? Not here, yes the waiting room is tiny but well decorated and SO SO welcoming and warm. 10 star if I could!

Today I took my son to MedFast. It was a short wait time. The staff were really polite, organized, accommodating to my son's needs. I highly recommend if you have minor symptoms of something going there. The thing I love about this place is they treat you like family. And when you have a child that's sick or a family member or even yourself the treatment you get you feel that you're part of the family. Again I highly recommend going there when you're in need.Thank you to all the medical staff that helped us today!

We were greeted with a HUGE smile and good energy. From the front staff to Dr. Kelly Hunt the service was extraordinary, she takes her time, she is thorough, patience, intelligent, answered all my questions and one of the greatest bedside manners with my kiddos. The nurses that check you in and the front desk are some Of the sweetest individual. They most as fast and thorough ad they can and make this all a smooth process with your little sick ones! Totally recommend this urgent care and dr Kelly Hunt! Wished she had her own practice so she could be my kiddos pediatrician ❤️😊❤️ Not much can be said about this amazing individual, Dr. Kelly Hunt, and her entire and I mean entire staff from checking to check out.. today, November 16, 2020 my son and I will treat. It just turned the shy of my daughter being treated and she literally took care of me like if I was Family.

I came in the office so sick & miserable thinking it was going to be another stressful urgent care visit… boy was I wrong this office is BEAUTIFUL!! Everyone is so kind & caring. The nurse practitioner.. amazing she sympathizes with her patients and actually cared that I didn’t feel well and talked with me. I will recommend this office to everyone. Amazing from the front desk to the providers.

By far the best urgent care I have been too. I recently moved to the area and was unsure if I wanted to go to an urgent care but decided to go instead since I was not feeling well. Front desk receptionist was super welcoming and kind and made feel comfortable, keep wait and the nurse practitioner I saw was amazing, she has the best bedside manner ; she did not rush and was so compassionate and kind, listened to me and made me feel comfortable. I work in healthcare and I would highly recommend this location to friends and family! 10/10 thank you all!

We had a great experience. The nurses and doctors were all very thorough. My daughter felt super comfortable with everyone at the office. Wait time was minimal. We were in and out and had a great experience.

This MedFast was amazing!! Dallas was very thorough in taking my daughter’s vitals and in obtaining pertinent information as to our visit. Alisha, the nurse practitioner, was so good at explaining the outcome of the swab tests and the potential for a needed follow up if my daughter spiked a temp. She, too, was amazing with my daughter and her love of her job really shows in her caring attitude! I highly recommend this MedFast to anyone in the Malabar Road area of Palm Bay!

The lady at front desk was super nice and the other staff too. The Dr. Her name is Alexandra and she was the best Dr I've met in FL. The nurse that helped my daughter he was awesome. Hands down the best urgent care I've been too. We will definitely be back when we are sick.
