I love stopping at chilis. This one was no different, the margaritas were great. You can’t go wrong with their specials. Our food was quick and the service was awesome. Trinity our server was amazing totally recommended stopping in for a meal!

This is a below average Chili's. I haven't been to a Chili's in years and now I was reminded why. The environment here is gross to say the least. The place is dirty and the atmosphere with some of the staff and customers was trashy. Our server was nice and the food was average. Next time I get a Chili's gift card I will just give it away instead of putting myself through another experience.

Chili's is a great place with good prices and usually fast service. I think it's great bc there's so many different things to choose from. You can get burgers, pasta, steak, fajitas, ribs. My son grabbed the chicken sandwich and I ate the appetizer trio for my entree. It was mozzarella sticks, southwestern egg rolls, and sliders. We were both stuffed and it didn't break the bank. Our waitress was fantastic, and the food was super fast.

Terrible. Run unless you want food poisoning! The staff is rude and plays on their phones/smokes and run in and out of the bathroom all day. It smells like urine when you walk in. Servers barely pay attention to you when you walk in. Restaurant is never even half full but always has at least a 30 minute wait. Always end up sitting at an empty table while waiting for a table. They don’t wipe down their tables or have sanitizer available and nobody wears masks. Most seats you can see inside the kitchen and you see cooks wipe their nose and continue making food even during Covid. Chilis is amazing but stay away from the Palm Bay location. Go to any other location!

Had a curbside pick up with 2 rib dinners 1 fajita dinner and appetizer.. $110 plus tip and it was HORRIBLE!!! Ribs were fatty and Burnt. Fajita meat was good,but didn't get everything we got the week before with it. We have ordered before with no issues but will never order or go to this location again

As a business owner of Indian River Antique Mall in Melbourne Village FL, I need a place like Chili's Grill & Bar for their great food, reasonable prices, service, and efficiency. The deliver on all the above. Also, I like the atmosphere.

Me and my boyfriend came here, I got the the big mouth bites which were delicious and my boyfriend tried street corn for the first time and his life is now changed for the better!! 🌽 👏👌 Also got the house margarita during happy hour so I got two for the price of one and I was pleasantly surprised. They were to die for. Excellent service and food. Would definitely recommend. We will be back

Went to this Chili's for lunch. I ordered the Mex-Tex Chicken Bowl and my wife had Chicken & Bacon Sandwich. The Mex-Tex Bowl was so hot it was inedible. When I addressed to the waitress, her comment was..."well it is listed as spicy." I love spicy food, but this was FAR more spice than I got on this dish in the past. Got the bill....total, not a breakout. Approved an18% ($8) tip...then noticed she had double charged for chips n dip...WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE! Her comment, "Oh, I must have double entered it" She corrected the bill....but KEPT the $8 tip. The manager apologized, but otherwise seemed not concerned with the poor service. There are Other Chili's in the area...I will avoid this one.

My server was excellent but there was nothing she could so about the food, which was very, very bland (3way fajitas) chicken, steak, shrimp. But it was veterans day so had to go where my ex-husband wanted to go but I will never go again. The chips were the best part but the salsa was very watered down with no taste

Just wanted to say, by far one of the best experiences I have had dining out in a while! Everything from the hostess and the atmosphere was extremely welcoming and hospitable. My server Gina, is an exceptional human being, she literally made my whole entire week just being so considerate and knowledgeable. She even offered me a hug when she could tell I was having an emotional day. It is people like this and places like this that really make me happy to be able to take myself out and enjoy a nice lunch. You will not be disappointed coming to this location!

Sat in 2 mins, appetizer in 5 mins, great service! Update 12/30 raw cheeseburger sliders on appetiser, then both burgers we ordered

Still short staffed took a good 10 minutes to have order taken and another 10 for water and soft drink, but the food was good overall.

I would give 4.5 stars if it were an option. The server was attentive and friendly. She visited our table frequently. The food was good and decently priced. (It was just over $100 before tip for 4 people.) My steak was cooked appropriately for what I asked for. It was relatively busy but there were no mistakes with any of our food. I like this Chili's.

I liked the mango margarita and it was a good value. The burger was standard and well executed. The Chipotle Chicken bowl was tasty but I realized too late that all components where piles separately in the bowl because the whole thing was covering with sauce and chips. It would have been nice if it had been distribution more evenly.

Amazing, went there with a big group (approx 25) and our server was really paying attention to detail, even played the guess who's credit card it is and guessed most of them. Our drinks were really good and on time, our food all came out together, good and hot, forgot a few things but no one is perfect. For a group as big as ours, he did amazing, as well as the cooks and the bartender. Awesome service, really appreciate you taking care of us the way you all did. Big kudos to the owner for making this happen.

This is second time we got the meal for 2 at curbside this week. We think it is a really great deal and food is great but our order has been wrong twice now. We let first time slide when we did not get Cole slaw. This time the entree was wrong he got broccoli instead of the street corn. Everything else was good though. We came back on Update: ✨️Easter Eve, Saturday, dining in and our server was Anisa.. she was excellent and the cook phenomenal!! *****

Food tasted the same...great as usual. I expect a lot from this Chili's because I've been coming here for decades Now the place smells like a wet rag and floor is messy/dirty. Lack of staffing no doubt because the servers are busy with tables and the food runners were on top of bringing out the food. Hope things get better out there and they get some more help. If you chose to visit, be kind and patient.

Had a good time at Chili's with my grandson. You always orders mac and cheese. I switched it up this time and got a hamburger chili and a salad with the 3 for 10. Sometimes a little loud there but it's okay if you're not by the bar

We had steak (Ribeye rare) w/ loaded smash potatoes and steamed broccoli, it was melt in your mouth goodness, service was delightful, a lil loud, but great place to eat, will be back✌️

The dirtiest chill is I have ever been too. I sat at the bar and wanted to leave from the smell alone.Stayed had a margarita which was decent. But I could smell that bar fruit smell the whole time! Gross place

Did a call in order. Everything was fresh and HOT and ready when they said. Chicken sandwich - perfect. Buffalo chicken sandwich- perfect - full of flavor Chips and queso - fresh chips. I didnt get the girls name that brought our food out but she was awesome. I got an unsweet tea and she put a few of all of the sweetners in the bag...LOVED that! (It's the little things) They have it figured out and thr process is smooth.
